Have some of the best deals on everything in store and always have flash sales online. Just keep watching till your favorite items go on sale.And all the staff are very nice and helpful. You may just have to find someone to help cause it's a big store and probably under staffed like everywhere these days. But guarantee they will take care of you. Thanks to Charles and all the staff.

Large selection, nice store, good quality

Just left the store and our cashier Caleb was so sweet. He asked if we found everything okay and answered all of my questions about guns and hunting! Hands down the best customer experience I have had in this store. Keep up the amazing work Caleb!

Have been shopping at this store since they opened have never met a sales associate like Charles very helpful gives me his honest opinion about anything and everything I may have a question about. Really appreciate his over the top customer service have never met a sales associate that goes to the Extent that’s he does. Really do recommend Charles to anybody that asks me where I buy my firearms from and who to deal with. Really appreciate the over top service!!!!

Customer service is second to none here.

The gentlemen at the gun counter are so helpful. Charles and Anthony have helped me numerous times and are always pleasant. They don't try to get you to buy things you don't need but will give you numerous suggestions. They also will price match so you know you're getting a good deal.

This has become our go to store. Great service and fantastic prices all around. When we need a gift for someone, we try to think of something we can purchase here. We decided to purchase a kayak for our one daughters for Christmas, and the prices were so reasonable we bought a second for our youngest daughter, and are now looking to buying 2 more. I really can't say enough about how much we love this store.

Great prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff

I don't go often enough, but the store is very nice and clean. The selection is great. The only problem is the lack of staffing. We literally had to track someone down after 10 minutes, but he was very accommodating and helpful. It's a shame that they seem so short staffed for such a large store all of the times that I have been there. I still give 5 stars...its not the most horrible thing, but get more staff, Dunham's!!!

We went in to purchase golf clubs, but they did not have them in stock. We had a coupon for a good deal, but it was dated only a few days out. The employee found the clubs in the Mansfield store and wrote us a rain check. While the clubs did not get ordered in a timely manner by the employee, the assistant Manager, Charles, did everything in his power to get us the clubs within days of discovering the issue, and honored our coupon even though it was beyond the expiration date. Charles was so helpful and we will return for any other needs we have.

My first visit to this store. I was amazed at their stock of goods and their prices. I'll probably start doing my Christmas shopping there from now on!

They have nice darts.

I received the best service at Dunham's. I was geared at the door. The gentleman who greeted me asked if he could hello me. Then, he didn't just point me in the right direction, he walked with me. When they didn't have exactly what I needed, he went the extra mile to find a perfect second option that cost a fraction of what I would have paid at Dick's. Great service. Fantastic employees. Dunham's is a jewel!

Amazing customer service! I'm arewards member, and associate was really friendly, and explained all about the extra savings, so i could save all I can! Got a cute under armour outfit just for an relaxing day off!!! Great for the whole family and all their outdoor activities!!! It makes it even better they are right in Massillon!!!!
