Music loud, only negative. Waitress great, and friendly (kimmie). Food good, spinach and mushroom Omelette. Clean and quick service. Thanks IHOP

Only thing is my feet would really hurting bad and I took my shoes off to let my feet stretch out. I'm cleaning my feet. Don't stink. They came up and told me to put my shoes back on. I mean okay I put them back on. We chipped a guy and maybe it was food was great. Everything was great there. I guess that's what everybody does to me. Disrespects me makes me feel lower than I really am

Not sure what happened but our last visit a few months ago we swore we'd never go back. There has been a drastic change and the food, service and cleanliness was 5 stare!!! We'll see you soon!!!

Just ate there the food was excellent. That Colorado omlette was best ever .loaded with flavor .my compliments to cook .keep him he is killing it

Ate here yesterday and had the best service!!! The food was great and came out fast the server was awsome I think her name was Rachel!!!! She was one of the best servers I ever had great job everybody will def be back

They didn't like the fact that I took my shoes off because my feet hurt. It was rude to them and I never been so appalled

Great service, and food. Unfortunately they closed at 10 because they were short staffed. Call ahead of going later.

You can go wrong with a late night breakfast! Delicious to say the least! My go to especially for there French toast

Our server was so sweet and helpful. The food was good, fresh, and came out very quickly. I got sirloin tips and they were amazing!
We've been here before, but this was our best experience by far.

Even though we went during busy hours, our wait was only 7 minutes. Extremely pleasant staff. Food was on point, just like pictures. I noticed the background music they had playing was nice to eat and relax to.

There was limited workers I suppose or they were possibly hiding🙄😳🫣🤫bc it literally took 15 minutes after being seated for the gentleman who sat us to come check back and was nice enough to go ahead and get our drinks made and then he just ended up picking up our table to get us serviced.. and the lack of service must have spread all the way back into the kitchen bc our food took unusually long to make it to the table.. The food was good on the plus side. But the service was lacking and it wasn't just our table either I noticed everyone in our section has No servers doing check backs, drink refills were almost void ..

We had the most precious, beautiful, and dynamic waitress ever.

I had the French toast. Great tasting 4 pieces of thick cut Texas toast size. Lots of coffee. The male who was seating people was genuinely nice and he greeted and seated us. He got our coffee and water and told us our waitress would be by soon. It's the way he did it that landed him a separate tip as well as the waitress. Hey people, the way you interact with customers is key. We shouldn't know if you had a bad day,bored,angry, or anything. You should treat everyone with the same respect like they were family. STOP acting your wage.

Friendly staff, good food, and fast service. It was very quiet when I went. Clean too.

Service was very good. Waitress stated they were busier than normal, sorry about the delay in serving. Meanwhile she made sure we had everything else we needed. Food was very good.
