Jason is a true professional. He assembled our elliptical super quickly and even squeezed us in on a Saturday. Also, he let us know that we were entitled to a free replacement from NordicTrack for our broken machine when we would’ve just thrown it away. Worth every penny.

Jason was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell, just an overall nice guy. I have a home gym that uses cables and pullies and is probably 15 years old, maybe older. The manufacturer has long since gone out of business and it's been sitting, partially disassembled and unused in the garage for probably a decade. When I finally got the garage cleaned out and the equipment accessible, I realized I can't figure out how to get this thing working properly again. Jason was very prompt to return my inquiry and came out on a Saturday to do the repairs. When he first corrected the cables for me, I thought, "I can't believe I'm paying this guy to fix something so simple." But then Jason went the extra mile and beyond, lubing up all the pullies, the cables and the guides for the weight stack. He tightened all the bolts, corrected the cabling that was already functioning but it turned out not properly; he replaced a missing spacer and overall just serviced the entire machine, getting it working practically like new again. He showed me proper maintenance and showed me some exercises that can be done with the equipment, while also giving me some pointers on how to avoid injuries while using it. Then he gladly adjusted my treadmill for me so the track would stop running off to one side. He was very enjoyable to chat with and even invited me to call him if I ever need advice purchasing a new piece of equipment in the future. The price was very reasonable for the service he provided and overall, I am extremely satisfied with his work. I would gladly recommend JPS to anyone that needs their services and I will definitely call upon them again when I need more work done. Thank you, Jason!

I would give this company 6 stars if I could! I needed a treadmill moved from my living room to the basement. I live in townhouse, so corners are tight! Jason and his team arrived on time, and quickly assessed that it could be done. They knew exactly what they were doing regarding disassembling and moving it. They worked quickly and efficiently. I found them to be professional, courteous and very helpful. I especially appreciated being fit in before the holidays, with the treadmill now out of my living room! I highly recommend this company, and will use them again should the need arise. You will not go wrong with this team!

Contacted them a few weeks ago to inquire about treadmill maintenance. I live in the western MA area, and Jason provided a reasonable quote to do in-home maintenance. Good communication in setting up the appointment (on a Saturday) and arrived when he said he would. He was also professional and personable and gave me some pointers to keep my treadmill in tip-top shape. Very satisfied and will definitely keep him in mind for my future treadmill needs!

JPS was quick to set up a service appointment for my treadmill. Jason not only fixed the issue but talked me through what he was doing at the time which in a way became partly instructional. I had complete confidence in what he was doing by the way he carried himself. Jason also highlighted the importance of routine maintenance and recommended a belt lube and how to use it. Moreover, he advised me at what tension to keep the belt to get the maximum life out of it. Needless to "say" my treadmill was working when he left.

I found Jason’s company from a website where I purchased my motor for my treadmill. I was ready to buy a new treadmill and decided to call Jason..I’m glad I did. He did an amazing job checking everything out and figured out the issue immediately .. He saved me money .. Jason responded quickly and came out and fixed our bowflex Treadclimber, and did general maintenance on our elliptical and treadmill. He did a great job at a reasonable price with a friendly and professional manner.

These guys were great! They came all the way to Pittsfield to install and set up a new treadmill. They communicated great and were in and out in less than an hour. We just don't have these services easily available in Western Massachusetts. Will definitely use them again!

Was looking to buy a used treadmill and ended up just texting him asking for some pointers on what to look for. Took time out if his day and msged me back and gave me great information. Ended up actually buying something new (from somewhere else, he doesn't sell) Texted him again to make an appointment for assembly, was great, on time, didn't take long and even helped move it around the room to where I wanted. Definitely recommend.

I strongly recommend hiring JPS for putting together exercise equipment. I hired them to put together a new treadmill and haul away our old one. They were very responsive with communication, showed up right on time, moved our giant treadmill from the garage into our basement and put it all together in about an hour... something that would have taken me months, or years. Great experience.
