Let’s Shine Coffee

I have zero complaints regarding this company. Their staff is loving and calls people by their first name. Their food is healthy hand made and articulated with love and you can taste it. Same for their coffee and sweet treats. Their taste in music is pretty exceptional when your itching to find an artist with amazing talent they have done a great job supplying a grand array.

Exceptional! Possibly the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had, certainly the best gluten free breakfast sandwich I have ever had (true confession we stayed long enough lingering over the stellar lattes that I ordered a second breakfast sandwich which may have been even better than the first one).
The coffee was delicious, vanilla bean latte rich and creamy without being too sweet, and the vibe and decor are perfect.
Great and attentive and kind staff, well made coffee and food, and lovely space with just the right amount of items for sale (art, crafts, jewelry, etc) - a perfect combination

Great vibe and good food. They have more than just coffee to drink. We had a fancy summertime drink and an Italian cream soda. The baked oatmeal was great. The avacado toast was delicious but very salty. There are plenty of vegetarian options. Everything was served in real cups and dishes with a real fork (not disposable stuff).

Let’s Shine Cafe - must visit if you are in the neighbourhood. Huge space with incredible charm, amazing Café food and drinks, warm and hospitable charm. Mid-West hospitality at its best. I’m a visitor from Australia and this was a memorable stop for lunch and session of reading. Really great energy throughout the Café.

The owner is an Artist and it shows. The place is eclectic and a compliment to the beautiful drift less area of Wisconsin. Worth the stop. Coffee is great, but the Thai wrap was even better. Coming back soon. TAOWIAAWIB - The Art of Who I Am And Where I’ve Been.

It's absolutely perfectly charming. My sunshine tea refreshing. The turkey panni very tasty. I just happened to stumble upon this coffee shop while getting a few groceries down the road. I'll definitely be a frequent fan

I cannot begin to say enough about this small town coffee shop! The staff are consistent, friendly and beyond kind. Everyone always has a smile on and serve up come incredible drinks and food with poise! The atmosphere is unique and relaxing. Love this little place & stop whenever I’m in town.

Super fun coffee shop with a neat retro vibe. The drinks are all fantastic and the staff is incredibly friendly. They have so many options. Certainly more plant milks to choose from than anywhere else. We've been spoiled with this place and now every other coffee shop is a bit of a let down.

This is my favorite coffee shop in our area. The food is always great. They change the specials monthly. It always taste fresh. The coffee is SUPERB. I've never been disappointed and I always try something different on their monthly spotlights. My kiddo loves the boba drinks. The atmosphere is so friendly and inviting. Highly recommend stopping in for a treat or to get your caffeine fix.

I admit to being a coffee house aficionado. Cappuccino's are my drink of choice and I am critical of mediocre results. Finding a gem of a coffee house in the small town of Hillsboro was a huge surprise. Having sampled cappuccino's all over the U.S. and Europe, Let's Shine Coffee's version was a top ten. Velvetly smooth with the sharp bite of strong espresso. Professional barista and staff, and calming decor. Truly a destination stop for coffee house aficionados.

Update: 01/31/2022. Stopped by again on a recent Saturday morning. Lots of help who were friendly and competent. Ordered a cappuccino and the quiche of the day. Both were excellent. Let's Shine Coffee sets the standard for coffee shops in the Driftless Area and far beyond. Very pleasant and caring owners. It doesn't get better than this place.

Beautiful space with excellent service. Perfectly prepared London fog tea and extra hot mochas. Poached egg breakfast sandwich is a brilliant choice PLUS! Music in the morning. A random cafe experience went beyond amazing.

Bright, cheerful and welcoming coffee shop conveniently located right on the corner in Hillsboro, Wisconsin!!

Went there today for a brunch type of thing, and was absolutely blown away by the coffee and food. I had an iced oat milk latte with House-made brown sugar syrup which was sweet and spectacular. I also had the Sunshine Breakfast sandwich which was also AMAZING. Like I cannot express how good this sandwich was. I also tried the protein bowl and it was so flavorful and healthy. I loved all of the merchandise they sold and I bought a pair of socks and a shirt which were super cute and i’m wearing the socks already. I loved the mid/century modern decor, very cozy and welcoming. If I lived closer I would spend ALL of my money there. All of the employees were so so helpful, they were so sweet.

Great coffee, lots of options, and super kind staff. Lots of art and things to look at or purchase, even for kids. The food was original and tasted great.

Hands down one of THE best coffee houses I've ever been to. Everything I've ever ordered has been flavorful, enjoyable, and prices are very reasonable! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, peaceful, and zen as a coffee house should be :) it's a place you want to spend your free time at and the food and coffee are phenomenal! I love their breakfast cookies and chai lattes. Everything is prepared with care and quality.

Love it here! The spot is so warm and inviting. The drinks are beautifully crafted and they have several house made syrups to choose from. They have breakfast and brunch options and they're all made in-house from scratch. They also have vegan and gluten free choices! There is merchandise for sale also including t-shirts, socks, stickers, and lots of other cute things. This is such an awesome spot! It's clear as soon as you walk in that the owner poured her heart and soul into creating her business. Such an amazing addition to our small town!
