TA Travel Center

The people that worked there were great founded everything. I need first time I was ever had the experience to know that a truck stop had a shower and also has some place to eat. It was just a neat place. I never noticed the showers before. It's really nice though. Especially the people and I bought a couple things from there too. That were very nice for my wife.

Andy in the Maintenance is very knowledgeable and took care of my truck and trailer. We need more mechanics like him very thorough and great to deal with. He needs to commended on his job well done

Great truck stop plenty parking awesome service friendly people great clean showers rest rooms drivers lounge good prices little tricky getting in out and fuel island can be busy at times. Now it over 75 percent reserve paid parking only con and can get tight in and out at times.. Service Desk and shop technicians are awesome parts for my Freightliner cascadia on hand always.. Overall had a great experience will park there when in state or area for my 10 hrs breaks

I'm not sure what her name was but my husband and I stopped here with our two kiddos (18 months and 1 month) and it was really late at night with fussy and tired babies. She was so kind to us and let us have our coffees for free. Much needed. Clean bathrooms and such friendly staff.

I'm a big fan of Flying J's, Love's, and TA's. This one was pretty nice with lots of food options and things to browse and buy.

Had all the usual trucker stuff like radios and headsets.

Big bathroom with plenty of stalls.

No complaints.

Absolutely the cleanest gas station bathroom I have ever been in. I will definitely be getting gas here when I am heading in or out of town in the future. The most reasonable gas prices too! I love this place!

Stop there for a break cappuccino was good and my fiancé got one of those new SIRIUS radio. There was a lake with geese My dog Bella loves it

Nice store, very clean & well maintained. I had Shower #6. It was very clean, water pressure is like a waterfall lol. Loved it. Hot water.

& For the Love of Shiva go across the street to that food truck & get some food. Best food I've ever had.

Needed an airbag, blown tail lights and wiper arm replacement all on tractor. The mechanic Andy was not only fast and good at fixing everything but was also polite and conversational. Also, I didn't get her name but the lady behind the desk was nice and had a good sense of humor also. Best TA experience I've had!

Got me in for alignment quickly, got done efficiently. The parking spots are actually very large.

This is a busy location outside of Columbus, oh! 185 parking with 40+ reservable.

Andy is a extremely knowledgeable technician he did a thorough inspection of the truck and made sure everything was fix with a great personally with extreme professionalism

OMG!!! By far the best customer service at this shop if I could give 100 stars! Thaddeus Guy was my husbands mechanic and he was so polite and friendly and treated my husband with respect and friendliness! That right there is 5 stars alone, and he was able to do his job accurately. Thank you so much, and btw Happy Birthday!!!

Morning drive - clean has everything and then some. Needed assistance and they jumped right in

What I loved about this place was the little sitting/dining area. It was great for our family picnic.

Thoroughly impressed with the nighttime shop crew on a Monday in December 2022.
Brought the Volvo in for a wheel seal on one of the drives, did a great job. Also we noticed an air leak in a brake chamber on same axle and replaced that, then omg a leak from a main brake hose on a steer, had the parts in stock, did a great job. I did go across the road to Volvo earlier to get the wheel seal, no big deal. Thanks guys please keep up the great work and try to keep your good people.

I last did over The road trucking 12 years and I do not recall any any truck stops that had paid parking reserved spots.for $18 for the night I got the chance to get a good night sleep. I had already checked three other truck stops one public and the other two were pilot and flying j but by having paid parking there were still places to park at TA.All free spaces were filled.
They have nice shops and amenities like clothes washing. They have a big repair/ maintenance operation. Very nice midsize place.👍👍👍👍😁

I have no complaints whatsoever. One of the best experiences I have ever had at a TA or any truck service place for that matter. Brandon was the one who helped us and let me tell you he made the hours we were waiting to get our truck fixed feel like minutes. Me and my husband are OTR drivers and I would specifically wait to get anything fixed until I come back to this shop. Thanks Brandon you were amazing and extremely knowledgeable in your trade👏 Keep it up.
