Nice McDonald's. Mostly use the drive-thru which is always efficient. Their $3.50 bundle is a good deal that won't break the bank.

Everything went well except the drive thru worker was low energy and awkwardly staring at my family without speaking. Food was solid and fresh!

It is a McDonald's what else do you need to know? oh wait their shake machine was working that day. Clean, fast, service with a smile.

Had coffee and breakfast while waiting for car repairs the manager was very friendly and checked on me for refills highly recommend

Hate to say this but when we there we ordered a fish sandwich for me and my wife. Both sandwiches were terrible! Worst fish sandwich we ever had there. Yuck! Hopefully they get things straightened out, or we won't be back!

This location is always super fast if you go through the drive thru and the food is always hot and fresh and they rarely make mistakes when preparing orders and all the employees are super friendly and they work efficiently I highly recommend this McDonald's location

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE

Curbside pickup was fast and easy! The guy who gave us out food absolutely made our day.

Food was super fresh! When we pulled up, cars where wrapped around the restaurant, but they moved through the line fairly quickly, I think we spent a total of 6 min in line, start to finish. This location is definitely the better of the 3 in Hilliard!

I want to add this review to mention that the people who work at this McDonald's are nice and courteous and tried to help in the best way possible.
I want to specifically write this because when I shared a review with McDonald's for their mobile app issues on National Fries Day 07/13/20 at 8:12 pm charging me multiple times, but instead of giving me a refund they somehow tried to pin it to the order being made inaccurate.. (Sharing the information here ) I am passionate about giving feedback but also I would hate for it to be taken in the wrong way ..
To the people working at Hilliard location, I know you're sweet and helpful and doing the best you can during these unfortunate times, I am extremely sorry if that feedback led to a scrutiny on you by any means and I hope this review helps clear the air.

This is a nice location. There are lighted tables and video games for kids. The staff seems to do better than average with order accuracy and service. All around this is surprisingly good for the expected fast food experienced. I do say the menu is hard to deal with and doesn't show all available items. That is an issue for Corporate though deciding on flare over function.

July 7, 2019 at about 9:20 I went into this McDonald’s to get some late dinner. Right when I put in my order the manager put down some fresh fries for me. I didn’t get her name, but she was sweet and a smile never left her face. This woman deserves a raise! The iced coffee was delicious and so was the food.

This is one of the fastest and most professional McDonald's I've ever encountered. Even with a simple order such as my morning coffee, they always make your business feel appreciated and welcomed. Great job!

Pleasantly surprised to have food brought out on a glass plate with real silver wear no less. The manager even indulged my sons request for whipped cream on his pancakes. Super appreciated.
