Long story short, I obtained the number of Ohio Roots boutique instead of the company who ignored us after we paid. The owner of Ohio Roots Boutique went out of her way to help me sort the situation out. If someone is that willing to go out of their way and assist with a problem they didn't create, is deserving of my business. I will be looking to them in the future. Thank you.

Recently visited this place. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. Had very cute clothes, and even some plus sizes up to 2X or 3X . Really cute purses that are hard to find elsewhere and not as pricey as other places.

I was very pleased. I stopped in while driving by to find a lovely boutique. The merchandise was very stylish and priced right. Friendly staff. Shop local. I will return.

Love the staff and style, unfortunately for the past month I have tried to shop there every sat and get there at opening due to my crazy schedule. No one is there to open on time. Breaks my heart as I was trying to do some Christmas shopping. Unfortunately this was the last sat I had time to go so ill have to try elsewhere with better hours :(
