Jim, Joe, Jimmy and the whole crew are phenomenal. Had the pleasure of taking in some measure quick training from the masters this past week. These guys are going to change the industry. Also bought a few tools while there and the young lady upfront went above and beyond. She had one item shipped because she knew the airline wouldn't have allowed it. I bought it Friday evening and it was on my porch Monday afternoon. Nothing but pros here, with real time solutions in this ever changing field.

Best customer service I have ever experienced with a company! Fixed issues that I had with shipping to Canada in less than a day. Fingers crossed for the day where shipping to Canada costs less haha (I know it costs a lot to ship heavier items across borders and is a postal service issue rather than company issue)!

Definitely looking forward to purchasing more tools/equipment from here as the time comes!

Their inability to be flexible on price matching is why they received 3 stars instead of 5. They seem narrow sighted on that. I asked them to match the price on another reputable website, which amounted to about $40-$45 difference. They refused even tho I had spent thousands with them and was about to spend a few hundred more. Even told me to buy from the other website. So I did.

Anyways expect a similar experience as you would if you were shopping at any large reputable online retailer. Just don't expect them to go the extra mile for you it seems their margins are more important than customers.

I would buy from them again but now only if they are the lowest price.

My 1st experience with Tru Tech Tools. I had an issue with the cart/shipping which was eventually resolved. They are checking into the root cause.. What more can you ask..

These people are very friendly and genuinely want to be helpful. I bought an out of stock item and was very surprised to receive the product ahead of the estimated delivery. They notified me when the item shipped and gave me a very easy link to track it. I will purchase additional items from them in the near future.

Lots a little tight to back into but their always fast, friendly and the Lil lady in the office is gorgeous! Keep your eyes open, most streets near this location are "no truck". Only one way in and out for a semi.

I was desperate for the HM675 water meter. TruTech had them in stock. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and received it on Sunday. If can give ten stars for costumer service and express delivery they deserve it.

I received my purchase the next day! It may be because I live in the same state, but it arrived quickly and packaged perfectly. I tested my purchase and everything is ready to go. The process was very easy! Look forward to making more purchases in the near future.

It’s a love/hate relationship with these guys. I love the products, the prices, the quick shipping and the customer service..... I hate how much I spend being they have great prices and all the top tools a tech could need or want. I’ve got no complaints so far!

I purchased an infrared camera attachment from TruTech for my smart phone. I mistakenly ordered the wrong one, but TruTech took my word for it, and shipped me the correct one even before I sent the original back. Now that's customer service. Great company. I'll do business with them again for sure.

TruTech’s customer service is truly incredible. I have rarely dealt with a company that cares about their customers as I feel they do.

I had purchased a used Testo digital manifold that arrived with physical internal damage. I didn’t realize the minor issues, I thought I was experiencing, were major problems until a week after the return period ended. TruTech just referred me to Testo, who charged me to repair it but it still wouldn’t get consistent readings. I was fairly displeased with TruTech’s rigid policies but, after further communication, feel my initial contact wasn’t an accurate representation of their customer support. After sending the unit to Testo to be “repaired”, I talked with TruTech more and they cared enough to make sure I got properly working equipment. I was shocked at the level of personal care TruTech has and am truly impressed by their customer service.

I had some special needs, they weren't necessarily available. TTT Did the research and responded to my request with an appropriate replacement tool because my first choice discontinued a slow moving product. The bunch over there has been super professional and super good at taking care of my needs. I recommend them all day.

TruTech Tools is an awesome company to buy from. I'm a veteran tech/business owner of over 20 years. I usually buy from my local supply house, but things like the accutools bluevac micron guage and the appion vac hoses were not available. I searched online to find everything I needed at TruTech. After I received my guage and hoses, I had some questions about some strange readings. I called in to TruTech support which redirected me to accutools support. They had their support guy call me after hours from home to answer my questions. That is what I call superior service on the part of Accutools. I have placed additional orders since and have been very pleased with the products.
