Wayside Warehouse

Definitely my go to place for all my furniture. Staff is amazing and exceptionally helpful

The salesmen aren't too pushy. They have a great selection and if you don't want to wait on delivery, and they have what you want in Stock, you can pick it up just a few miles away at their Warehouse.

I contacted the warehouse to replace a 30 year old bed frame. Maria answered the phone and I explained to her what I needed. She did not hesitate to help me. I texted her pictures of the frame per her request and within a few days later, Maria was texting me with good news. She said I think we have it, but bring it with you so we can compare the two.
When I arrived at the warehouse, they located Maria for me. Her and another associate came out and examined the frame they went to get the new one.
This is where the customer service went beyond my expectations. They took me inside the warehouse and cut the box open and pulled out the frame to make sure it would work. I told them it was a queen, but once they took it out, we realized it was a full which required them to open another box. I felt so bad. They didn't mind at all. They went to get the full size for me. Meanwhile, I was explaining to Maria about how my dad purchased this bedroom set over 30 years ago because my husband and I were coming home to visit from the military and he wanted us to have a nice stay, so he bought a brand new bedroom set from Wayside. It has truly held up. My dad passed away in January and my mom unfortunately fell ill right after. The frame bent because she couldn't get out of the bed and it took my sister and I to get her out, thus the reason for the new frame.
I have no doubt that Maria could feel what I have been going through over the past few months. When it was time to pay, she said it would be on them and that I could have it. It took everything in me not to break down and cry. I am so grateful for her. This act of kindness is what good customer service is built upon. Maria saw me through from the beginning until the end. I appreciate her more than she will ever know. Thank you Maria.
All my furniture is from Wayside and I will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family.

We went to Wayside and got a new table and chairs for our dining room and they sent us right to the warehouse to pick them up we pulled up, signed in, and they brought our stuff out and put it in our truck they were very friendly and fast! And our table and chairs we love very much!

I purchased a sectional from Wayside about a month ago. We were waiting to close on our new house, move in & paint before picking it up. Picked it up last night & so happy with it!!! Of course as soon as we got there it started pouring, the 2 guys that helped us went above & beyond wrapping it in an extra layer of plastic to keep it from getting wet. They were so polite, professional & quick! The woman who helped us at the front was also SO sweet (she was an older lady). I wish I would have gotten the names of the 3 of them because they were great!

Once we got our sectional home & moved inside we removed the plastic from it & the boxing. On top of the plastic the guys added there was also about 4 layers of plastic wrap & box stuff. We were shorted 4 legs for it. Major bummer but I am sure it had nothing to do with Wayside more of a problem with the quality department at distributor. Wayside is giving us some legs to fit the center piece so it’s no issue. Just so happy with our service from our sales woman Debbie Woods, the woman at the front of the warehouse who helped us & the guys out in the back who wrapped & loaded our furniture! We’ll definitely be back for future purchases! Thank you Wayside for exceptional service all around! 5 STARS⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our second visit at Wayside Furniture. For this visit we had a Great Experience with Tyler. His service was Excellent! As he was patient, attentive, at a rechable distance when needed and very courteous. As a family we had some thinking to do and a decision to make but he was great with us. Thank you Tyler!

Mason sold me a very nice sectional for a great price and he was very professional and fun. The day of the delivery Tyler and Will were very professional and made sure they didn’t mess up the couch or paint as it was a very tight fit. I will continue shopping at wayside, by far the best furniture experience I’ve ever had.

Bought a real nice power recliner from here. They made a mistake and had it priced incorrectly online.... but they let me have it at the advertised price. They kind if had to by law, but the cool thing was that they didn't act cruddy about it. They basically exclaimed that I got a great deal! Yeah...I know!! Great selection, friendly sales staff, and usually items are in stock at their warehouse.

Had to have the back of our sofa fixed. From start to finish best customer service! Jennifer was wonderful! We dropped it off on Friday and it was done by Saturday. We will definitely be coming back for our next furniture needs.

I live nearby and saw this place in passing. Therefore, when deciding to buy furniture, I went to check it out. They had a wide selection and salesmen were nearby. I wasn't pressured into a sale and had plenty of time to pick out exactly what I wanted. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and had me checked out in no time.

Wayside has the greatest deals on some very high quality furniture. Everything I've bought here has been high quality and has lasted for quite a while. One thing I've learned is it's worth having them delver things if you can because they'll put it together. Even if you're pretty handy, they do a great job at putting things together well.

Service was great Tyler was a great salesman he was not pushy he was there whenever you needed him he was patient with our questions. We ordered a sectional a couple of yrs ago and it still in shape and a good piece of furniture

Very nice people there. And they had what i needed for a better price then big lots. I will definitely would shop wayside again. The warehouse had the part i needed .

From the young lady I spoke to in the office to the warehouse people were very friendly had a full trailer of Ashley furniture took a little over an hour very satisfied thank you
