Went in for an oil change and Caleb the service advisor was more than helpful with getting me scheduled. Fast and friendly service. I even took his card to recommend him to my family and friends.

AJ has been a great help, nothing is worse than car issues and he has been easy to work with and transparent on the operation costs. I won’t take my car to another shop other than this one after this experience, thank you so much!

Went here to pick up an Amazon package as they are a pickup location. In that regard they were extremely polite and professional, and I was very pleased with my experience.

No matter the weather conditions, the guys are always willing to air up my ties when the low tire pressure pops up. Very friendly and helpful!!!

The customer service was excellent at the auto center. The lady whose at the travel part when you first walk in the door is not friendly at all and was rude but since I went to the auto center for car repairs I still gave 5 stars. If I went to travel center I would give 3.

Great Great Great place. My family and I had no clue AAA had service centers. We immediately took full advantage and had all 3 vehicles serviced within 2 weeks at this location. Very kind, informative, and understanding. Also great with communication as to progress with your our vehicles. And all of the were serviced within 2 days of drop off.We will be returning for future services.

I had a wonderful experience when I stopped by AAA a few days before a labor day trip. I really appreciate the help that Marissa and Melinda gave me when I asked for a trip tik, map and tour books. Even though due to a national paper shortage they didn't have an Ohio map or NC, WVA or VA tour books, they went out of their way to provide me with a regional map that was better & found me an informative book for NC - my destination. They also printed info from the website to assist me. Also a guy from the auto service department was willing to check the pressure of my tires when I asked if they could do that. All in all it was a refreshing experience at AAA Huber Heights and I thank them for that and I wanted to share that.

My experience with Melissa at AAA was nothing short of awesome! Everything from accommodating my several changes, to calling hotels to find out if they were pet friendly and their pet fee! Thank you!!! Awesome job on my trip tick too!

An outstanding store with spectacular customer service! They had my car in and out of there for an oil change and tire rotation in 42 minutes. I really like the way that they have the car care place and the AAA customer service together in one store. They also have quite a few items to purchase as well as just about any map that you want and other services related to travel. The personnel were quite friendly and talkative and very good listeners. The store itself is pretty new, being just a few years old, and very clean. They're operating at the highest standard of excellence when it comes to Coronavirus cleanliness. But the store also has a clean look to it when you walk in. It's very smooth and streamlined, making use of all the available space. They even had coffee and donuts the day that I walked in there. Don't really know of many places that do that anymore because they are trying to cut corners to save on cost. An added bonus is the really awesome large glass windows that are on one side of the waiting area if you want to see what they're doing exactly with your car. Overall, this place is above the rest of the places that I've taken my car to for oil changes, to include the dealership. Way to go AAA!!!!!!

I had a fuel pump go out right in front of the service department.
I had it replaced there .
Three months later it went out again.
AAA came and got my car .
After a short time in the week they went back through it .
Replaced the fuel pump and filter .
The car is a 1997 trans am .
You have to drop the rear end to do this .
They didn't charge me a dime for the second time in .
I would feel confident giving then any mechanical work on anything .

They got my car in the next business day and called in a timely manner with the problems, and they were able to repair the same day. They kept their word, and I was able to pick it up later that day. Will be my go-to place for any more repair needs.

Out of an emergency I needed new tires on my Toyota Sienna Van.
AAA is a few blocks from work so was the most practical choice. Called Monday said they would have tires Tuesday. The only additional work was an alignment.
What a great choice using AAA! Even at 260,000 miles the van feels like it is riding on air. The alignment got rid of lane drift and the tires removed the vibration at 70MPH. I dropped car off at 8AM and it was done by 1:00.

I was ay my local AAA to plan upcoming trip. My associate was extremely thorough, made great suggestions based on my needs. Very knowledgeable, and I felt she was as excited about my trip as I am !! I blew a tire on 75 and had my tire changed quickly after being towed to this location. The staff was friendly and got me back on the highway with a hour after my blowout.

Always friendly, timely and fair pricing! As a woman I have had issues with other shops treating me as if I know nothing. This shop clearly values customers because I’m always treated the same! With honesty and fairness!

This location is under new management. Sadly, I need to find another mechanic shop that values its customers.

They are rockstars here. I generally get my oil changed wherever I have a coupon or is convenient. However, this place I have gone back to multiple times...because they take care of you (and there hours are pretty great).

I've also had semi-major work done here as well. They are straight up and give you the information that you need.

Customer service has always been second to none.
