Kent did a wonderful job greeting me today. Brenda was busy making sure the pricing was correct. Ashley and Don was getting things safely down from up above with the fork lift. Troy did a wonderful job getting things all checked out for me at the register.

I happened to come here to get paint. It's out of my neighborhood and was my second stop.
While waiting for my paint, a gentleman also at the paint counter said, "Don't I know you?"
It was my former minister and one of my favorite people in the whole world.
I cried a little and hugged him. It was a miracle that we wound up at the same place at the same time.
Miracles happen at Lowe's.

Very friendly staff. Employee and hardware couldn’t find the hardware I needed for my pivotal cabinet hinge. Got the assistant store manager to help. They did not have a pivotal hinge. Suggested I try a standard hidden hinge. I will have to shave the side off of my cabinet door to use this. Really wish they had a pivotable hinge. Must not be a common item.

You already know if you got a DIY project Lowe's is the place to go they have everything a wide selection of all building materials that you need to build a house to finish your house to beautify a house it's a light up your world I'm an electrician that loves to do it all

On time, very polite and considerate about placing the heavy item in the suv. Overall great experience.

There is something here for everyone. Big projects or little ones they can help. Indoor or out their professional staff has you covered. They may even be able to give you ideas of easier or safer ways to go about your project. They have stirred me towards the right tools for the job i was working on plenty of times. They have helped me build a kitchen shelf unit, my headboard for my self made cedar wood bed frame, an entertainment unit for my bedroom, living room coffee table and a chest. So much more to do around the house. I will be back for sure.

So this was a hard one for me to rate. My fridge went out on a Wednesday, and we went here to buy a new one. On Wednesday. Paid for it, on Wednesday. Told delivery would be Thursday. They called on Thursday to inform us the fridge we bought was not on the truck, and would be delivered on Friday. Was called on Friday and told fridge was not on truck again. Called customer service, they told us to cancel the original order, and reorder. We did this on Friday. Went to store on Friday to buy the fridge again. Was then called on Saturday and was told fridge was not the truck, again, and would be delivered on Sunday. Was finally delivered on Sunday morning.
The fellas you delivered the fridge were really nice and tried several different ways to get the fridge in our hobbit house. In summation, the associates in the store were great and professional. The customer service associates were amazing and professional. The delivery guys were professional and courteous. Everyone was amazing.
Here are the downsides. Lost over $300 in food, due to fridge not being delivered when we were told it would be. Had to cancel and reorder the same fridge, when they 132 of them in stock. Had to figure out how to feed a family of 5, with no meat, milk, eggs, butter, cheese, etc.

Always a sure bet when looking for great prices & variety for construction, gardening, farming etc

Had a grill put together and was really impressed by the professionalism of the pro desk here. Adrian went back and got my grill and had it ready to rock when I pulled up. Easy group to deal with here.

Let's just say Peyton in the paint department KNOWS customer service, not only was he very pleasant to work with, he was very knowledgeable about his product and went above and beyond his normal job to help me & my husband. Look him up you won't be disappointed. AWESOME PEYTON!!!

OTR Owner Operator Driver since 2003. The Kraken. So very good experience. Walked straight in and got what I needed as always with Lowes. I was Bobtail so I parked in the from. Front lot is not very large but if you take the truck route behind the store then you should be just fine with a 53'. I suggest satellite viewing every area that's a shopping center to get a good idea of your path of travel in and out

It was awesome. I was trying to get a Leatherman sidekick. But got this Gerber that is almost an exact rip-off of the sidekick for basically 20$ less. But what made my experience better was the guy who helped me actually helped me. See I'm a high functioning blind disabled person. So people don't realize I'm basically blind. But this guy realized and took me to the area and helped me find the tool I was looking for without making it obvious that was blind or disabled. Awesome.

I went to Lowe's specifically to find a USA garden flag version...I had already looked at a couple of different places. So happy to find one at the Huber Heights Lowes...my favorite one, because they always give me my Military discount!

I want to thank the gentleman in the garden area today for his help. He was in the loading area with the mulch and saw me struggling with my bags of river rock and took my cart to the counter and then load them in my car. What a refreshing sight! I'm so sorry that I didn't get his name, but Lowe's can be proud to have him working there. Thank you, Angie

Lowe's is my favorite home improvement Store! I've spent approximately 30 thousand dollars the last decade. They honor and offer military discounts to us Veterans, and we reciprocate with our business.

They have FREE AIR for your car or truck by the building materials, doors! The cashier was this super awesome older guy, he's soo nice and has a great personality! I will definitely shop there again!

Just went in to replace a Craftsman tool that was broken. Free replacements for Craftsman non electric tools.
