I have never had a bad experience at Don Wood Ford. I've always been able to get an appointment to get my car serviced and the time to service my car has been about average. The customer service is great. Everyone on staff who I have experienced is helpful and informative.

Ryan and Kevin were absolutely amazing in finding us the perfect vehicle for our business. 10 out of 10 would fully recommend going here and I plan on getting any future vehicles from these guys.

Long wait....

Friend buys a car from them and within a month it needs extensive work. They block people who try to review them via Facebook because they don't want to look like the chop shop that they are. Danny Devito had more redeeming qualities in Matilda than this place.

DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM HERE OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED HERE. They will not communicate with you, they will hold your vehicle for as long as they can (6+ months at this point), and just screw you over.
