Amazing atmosphere. I’ve been here over 10 times since open. Can’t get enough, glad our town has a great healthy selection of Asian food. This is the best Dry pot in town! Will be back again recommend to anyone !!

So good! We LOVE the bourbon chicken!! Still amazing reheated, too.
I think they use chicken tenderloins instead of thighs - bravo! - and it’s cooked to perfection - kind of caramelized and so tender with the sauce. Love it!
Note: if you’re picking up you’re order, just call it in. It’s cheaper than the 3 “order online” options. My bourbon chicken and an extra rice came to only $14.14.

This place has the best Chinese food, very good quality, very tasty and delicious also the bourbon chicken is amazing. I definitely would recommend this restaurant

Fortune Cookie is my FAVORITE place for a Chinese meal. I almost missed out on this place because Google had not updated their new ownership. I’m glad my husband and I did try it out and absolutely I would recommend this place to all of my friends.

We ordered spicy chicken and Dry Pot. OMG those were amazing! All the food came out fresh, delicious and full of traditional Chinese flavor! Best Chinese food that I have had in years. Service was fantastic as well. We had a short conversation with the restaurant owner and he is extremely nice and friendly! I would definitely rate 10/10 of this place!

I ordered through Uber eats and got it delivered to my hotel room. Paid around $70 total. Probably the freshest tasting Chinese food I had in a long time. Everything was hot and satisfying. I plan to order from here again

Great food.Nice people too. New owners have done a great job. They re did the place plus the food is really good. They should put out a sign that says under new management. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Top notch customer service and delicious food! I ordered from Fortune Cookie through Uber Eats. Uber Eats gave an estimated time for delivery which was 45 minutes, and no more than 1 hour and 10 minutes. When it reached the max time, the time changed for another 15 minutes then another 15. I contacted the driver that was shown to be picking up my order through Uber Eats. She was rude,bhad no idea about the order, and hung up on me. I contacted the restaurant to tell them that the driver wasn't coming, but that we were going to pick it up and pay. The manager was so gracious and offered to deliver it. He even delivered it himself! The food was still hot and excellent! The walnut shrimp was so delicious! We need more local restaurants that know how to give great customer service and make things right, even if it's not their fault. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered the Szechuan Chicken tonight and WOW!! it was delicious!! Not as spicy as I like, everything else was spot on. Best I've had anywhere in this area. Very happy! Next time I'm trying a new dish, Sliced Beef in Red Chili Sauce....

This is the best Chinese spot I have found in the greater Utica area. The general tso’s is sweet and spicy, and the fried batter is always crisp!!! The crab rangoons are nice and creamy on the inside, and the lo mein is just delicious. The only thing that could be better is their fried rice, there really is no soy sauce on it, and could use much more flavor. I come from a state where the fried rice has a bunch of great sauce’s on the fried rice, but here in NY it seems like it is only the yellow rice with nothing on it. With that being said though… this is the best place I have found in the Utica area

My wife and i have been ordering from here since they opened. There was a time when they were starting to get inconsistent, especially around lunch time, but i'm happy to say every time we've ordered over the last few months the food has been high quality delicious!

The oil has been fresh, nothing is overly greasy or appears to have sat around for too long, nothing reheated. Just hot, yummy, and fresh.

Even when there was inconsistency, the staff have ALWAYS been extremely polite. This is definitely our go to Chinese place.

We tried Fortune Cookies last week and the food was fantastic! The General Tso's was crispy and delicious, the Beef Lo Mein had a great flavor, and everything was exactly what you would want out of good comfort food takeout Chinese.

This place has a new owner. The American Chinese food is just as good as before. More importantly, it is THE only authentic Chinese restaurant in 60 miles. Come to try it and ask for the secret menu!

Best quality and price in the area! You would never know I walked in ten minutes before closing. This stuff tastes as fresh as if it was dinner rush hour and extra egg roll to boot! I've tried a lot of local chinese restaurants but this one is the best yet. Beats all the ones I've tried in Syracuse metro area too! What a gem! I was ready to accept whatever they could toss together at the end of the night but I got exactly what I wanted :)

Excellent food & service!!! Been there several times & have had them deliver twice & both times the food was HOT with fast delivery!! I ordered from their site this time & they were right on the ball!! They make the best crab rangoons around...biggest around too!!! I always order a side of these:) This is definitely our "go to" place when we want Chinese. And to be honest....you get a lot for your money.....you could actually feed 2 people on 1 meal!!! If you haven't tried this place yet ...you're missing out!!!

The food is authentically rich with traditional spices and secret flavors. Not shy with the focus ingredients either! Seafood soup is stuffed to be he brim with seafood. Egg rolls are actually crunchy filo rather than doughy soggy casings. The egg fried rice, no matter what you load it with, is outstanding. The doughnuts? Don’t trust my word, just get them! Hard to find fault but if I had to, I would say not enough chocolate fortune cookies. Not because they were stingy with the free cookies, but because the chocolate fortune cookies are so good.

I got mei fun, chicken fingers and crab Rangoon. The food was so amazing, I have definitely found my new favorite Chinese restaurant. The chicken fingers far exceeded expectations, the shrimp in the mei fun was perfect and the crab rangoon were so delicious i ate them all myself.

I have always ordered from here and its hands down the best place to eat. We always order the dinner specials and its enough food for 2 or more people. The crab ragoons are the bomb and I won't eat them anywhere else besides here.
