I have been to the emergency room many times and admitted a few times. The staff have always been friendly and polite. They are very attentive with the patients and empathetic. I had a hernia repair in the hospital and the doctor was wonderful.

I see a lot of bad rating which are understandable but no hospital is perfect. I have to say that the people in the ICU department are some of the most amazing nurses/staff I have ever encountered. They are extremely caring and pay attention to detail. Although the ER was not the most pleasurable experience, I don’t think any ER can be perfect. Some hospitals are absolutely terrible compared to this one. I’m thankful for the nurses in the ICU for being genuine humans…

This review is for nikki from patients registration. I have never meet someone so nice and caring like her. She helped my mom to get a good oncologist and that oncologist helped my mom to get a good surgeon to remove the cancer. But everything happened because of her and she always reached out to check how is it going with my mom

Great service. People who post negative reviews here are the ones who probably complain that their fries at the diner are not curly enough. You come to ER to get emergency medical help and not waldorf astoria experience.

Wow !! Wow!!. Mount Sinai Hospital of Brooklyn indeed, is the secret Gem of Brooklyn. A Hospital is not really the place to be especially a year after a horrific Pandemic experience the Hospitals went through. Even with concerns, I never hesitated to go to Mount Sinai. Why..? from the first point of contact to checking into the ER to the discharge, the staff has always been consistent with the way they attend to us patients. This time for me was different because I have to do an emergency surgery. From the time in the ER, admitting and surgery the experience was exceptional. The cleaning staff was right around the clock. My room was excellent I applaud the cleaners continue doing the Job your doing and had the esteem pleasure of sharing a room with a wonderful, gorgeous Centurion(100 yrs)Ms King. I received knowledge and wisdom despite the circumstances this made my stay and pain level not as difficult to deal with. My Surgeon, Little Miss Petite, I will call her I forgot her name 😩but she so cheerful and she reassured me that everything will be fine. Now for the Nurses Miss Melinda and Miss Minette, you have a wonderful team.Michelle, Marcia, Agatha, Kamala, Ann, and all of who made my stay here one for the History Books. Mount Sinai Cooperate. Mount Sinai of Brooklyn deserve to be celebrated and 10 Stars is not enough but the staff there made my stay here a memorable one... I celebrated each and everyone of you and I can’t thank you enough and may God continue to bless you and continue providing the excellent service that I have received.

Hit by a car on the morning of 11/9/22 and was taken to Mount Sinai Brooklyn on Kings Highway. All the staff in the ED from X-Ray to CT Technicians were skillful, reassuring and caring. Shout out to Natalia, Gilbert and Kevin, who provided excellent patient care. Thanks to the PA, Bianca, who did my stitches and was adept, professional and patient with me the entire time.

I cannot say enough nice things about our experience. My mother was recently admitted with what is still an unknown virus. She has since been transferred to the city but every single person who came in contact with her in the past 72 hours have been phenomenal. Tulitha and Dr Pigeon in the ER; Peter, Ricky, and my angel Lucy in the PCU; and the incredible team of doctors were beyond words. I am so grateful for these amazing people and can never thank them enough. If I could give them a hundred stars I would.

This is my go-to for any emergency situations and I highly recommend to all of my family and friends as well. I have personally experienced excellent bedside manner and exceptional service even when it has been extremely busy. The nurses and MDs are always very pleasant and reassuring. There really is nothing more you can ask for in an ER.

This is a private hospital that is the hospital I would choose to go to if given a choice. Just because it's a private facility doesn't mean they won't help and serve you, they will. Located off a major avenue in Brooklyn it is easily located. The staff from triage nurses to doctors are in my opinion the best of the best when it comes to medical care. The wait is always minimal compared to Kings County and Brookdale hospitals again due to its classification. ID is a must here along with medical insurance if you have otherwise they will be you. Hands down this is the hospital and especially the ER I would go to.

Another trip to the hospital. I will not go anyplace else except Mt. Sinai in Brooklyn. I appreciate all the care I was given. Again I was treated with dignity and respect from the staff on the 2nd Floor Medical Unit. The doctors, nurses, PCA's and transporters were wonderful. I want to thank my caregivers for helping me recuperate from my ailment. A special shout out to Dr. Israel, Vickie, Jordanna, Anna, Gayle , Eden, Trevor and Carlos and anybody else who took care of me. Kindness to the max. Thank you, and God Bless

I am writing this to review Mt. Sinai, Brooklyn. I just was discharged from the hospital. From the moment I entered the ER until I was discharged, from the first floor, I was treated with dignity and respect. The staff was polite, kind and responsive. If I had to go to a hospital in Brooklyn, Beth Israel is the one I would choose. I know being in the hospital is not the best thing. You have to wait for tests, results and examinations and if you are not deemed have an acute emergency you wait more, but the attention I received was outstanding. Accolades and kudos to all of you. As an aside, my mother was treated in the ER 4 years ago. Elderly, dementia, brain bleed, broken wrist, pneumothorax(fall). Again, my Mom was treated with dignity and respect. Due to the care she received in the ER. she survived this nasty fall, and thrived for 2 1/2 years until Dementia took her life. The staff of Mount Sinai/Brooklyn not only takes care of the body but the soul. God bless you all.

I can’t beleive how busy this place was there were people everywhere unfortunately my dad took ill and I had to be in the emergency room with him despite the ambulances that kept coming in patients yelling and the amount of people in the emergency room the staff never got overwhelmed one man was so rude and yelling but they were able to calm him down without loosing their patience’s I witnessed a lot of different things in my six hours there and the nurses and doctors were great ! I would tell anyone with a medical emergency to come to this hospital.
Thank you Dr. Dean, Susie Gilbert, Jolanta, and
Debbie. Me and my family are grateful for what you did for my Dad.

I have COPD and Afib ,I could not breath right and I called for an ambulance.
as with all ER,s all critical people have priority .I strongly disagree with the other reviews . These Doctors and Nurses do care, What I saw with my own eyes tell me .this is an excellent facility. I was Hospitalized twice in the last three months, and I just would like to say thank you from the transporters who took me to the X-ray and to CT and Sonogram, they were great. The Doctors who saw me were excellent and you can clearly see they were all on point and explained everything clearly to me what they thought what was going on with me and what course of action to take. .My room 324 was clean and looked brand new the bathroom was the best I have ever seen in any hospital .I was at Lutheran for 14 days three years ago and although the Doctors were good Especially Dr El Atat , that place needs a makeover.

The best hospital in Brooklyn. Our medical team consisting of Lubya (Physician Assistant), Joel (Registered Nurse), Natalia and Karen made the horrible experience of a hospital visit bearable. No one should wish to go to the emergency room, but if one finds themselves in that situation, they would be lucky to have these amazing people helping them. Paula, the receptionist, was so polite and helpful. This entire staff deserves praise.

During the summer I felt weak & very sick, hard to hold food down with abdominal pain & bleeding..I was admitted on July 15th and amazed at all the test and the surgery that was done, sad about the outcome being Cancer..I know I was in the BEST hands ever starting with I.C.U. Nurse's and Doctors who were excellent! Because of the care I have switched my Primary & Specialist Doctors to those who treated me during my 14 day admission..I have been there on 3 different occasions and was treated great by different emergency rm Doctors and staff.. I am now under the care of a Beth Israel Internist (Dr Ramon Vera) and Oncologist (Dr. David Dosik) for Chemo and doing well..
