K & K Pharmacy

I want to express how wonderful it is coming into this pharmacy and being treated with respect. Often in my experience, depending what meds you receive, pharmacy aides always seem to have an attitude. NOT HERE! I specifically switched my pharmacy to this one because I was experiencing extreme discrimination based on the meds I receive. That has never happened here. Everyone is always so nice. I never leave this place feeling embarrassed or less than human. Also, I've never had an issue with my medications. I really can't say enough good things about K&K. Even the pharmacist himself is always pretty laid back and approachable. Thanks for being awesome!

Very quick service. Texted and let me know that my stuff was ready immediately I didn’t even have to call and I was a first time customer within 30 minutes of leaving the doctor. Employees were polite and the service was exceptional very impressed

As always, my prescription was correct, it filled and I was notified of its readiness quickly and efficiently and all personnel were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. It was a great experience from start to finish! Thank you K & K Pharmacy.

Highly recommend this pharmacy very understanding respectful and above all else professional. K&k have been helping to remember i have medication to be filled as well as when it is ready for pick-up. The service is very fast friendly knowledgeable and more importantly always in stock to assure my medications are available exactly when i need them. I adore this pharmacy! The most personal, friendly service, which feels so rare these days. I get my Rx and shots here easily. Everyone is great to connect with. The drive in pickup is cool too!

Great service. They go above & beyond to help their customers and pets, too. My vet was charging me $130/mo for a medication and Sam came up with a solution for only $16/mo. So impressed with K&K!

I went for my RSV vaccine. They were graat! Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient so I didn’t waste a lot of time waiting. What more can you ask for? All in all, I had a much much better experience than when I went to get vaccinated at a nearby well-known pharmacy chain. I’ll be using them going forward for my prescriptions.

Tonight I took my 8 year old special needs child to her a flu shot. She was obviously nervous and scared. Pharmacist Dave was incredibly patient. He let us stay and stayed calm and patient. Courtney stayed my my daughters side for over an hour. Patient, calm, and honestly extraordinary. I would have given up but she kept us all calm and reassured. She was incredible and I couldn’t have done it without her.

I’ve been using K&K pharmacy for years. They are amazing. They go above and beyond to help. Sam and the rest of his staff (especially Carol) are absolutely wonderful. I can’t recommend them enough.

First time using K&K and was very pleased with the experience. Medication was ready promptly and their communication system is great. Staff that I encountered were pleasant and professional. They also have a drive through which is a bonus. Previous pharmacy was small and everyone was crammed in there while waiting for their medication. I would definitely recommend K&K.

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacist is a very accommodating professional who is service minded and kind. I am deeply satisfied.

Neighborhood pharmacies are few and far between. Good ones are father still. K and K is a gem in the forgotten town of Fallsburg. About a mile away from one of the (horrible and inept) chain stores, this is a true business that serves people and not processes people like they were cattle. Forget the chains, stay local, go to a business that deserves your business.

There's no other pharmacy I've ever used that outshines k & k...Sam is the best pharmacist in the entire county .... Carol is the glue that holds everything together...the employees work as a well oiled machine .... The text msgs that your meds are ready is fantastic...I've been with this pharmacy since the day they opened their doors ... If you really want a great pharmacy...k & k is the place ....carol knows when every med of mine is ready to be filled without even looking at the computer...I just love ❤ them ..
