I called the Des Moines location and talked to a sales rep... I ordered a driver's door for my semi, to replace a damaged door.. it was a door that was actually located at their London Ohio location...and during the conversation, I asked him if he would pass along a request to leave me as much of the wiring as possible, I wanted a really good pigtail coming out of the door for the electrical side... I really didn't think this would happen, but I thought I would ask anyway... The very next day, I called the London Ohio location spoke with a different sales rep, and asked him if it was possible for him to see if there was a key to go along with that door. It is the same key as the ignition, and I wasn't even sure if the door had already been taken off and boxed up and shipped away by that point, but he said he would look into it.. getting the key for that door would definitely save me some time in not switching the locks from my damaged door into the new door... I did not hear back from either sales rep, nor did I necessarily expect to, but what I expected to be delivered was a door that didn't have hardly any wires coming out of it and a door that didn't have a key... It's just the way my luck goes,.. but I have never done business with vanderhag's until now... And to my surprise, this door was extremely well packaged, as well as there was so much wiring coming out of the door, it actually included the plugs, as well as a key tied to the door handle... I was so happy... These two sales reps on both ends, ( I wish I could remember their names) in Des Moines, and London Ohio, we're absolutely as patient on the phone with me as you can imagine. Very helpful, and it seemed they were very happy to be where they are... If I ever need parts again, I will not hesitate to do business with these people again.. so extremely professional..thank you so much

Excellent place to get heavy truck parts. Brad, the sales guy was amazing and Dan in shipping was super friendly. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs parts for semi trucks and trailers

Ordered some parts online, there was a lot of help, they had it delivered to a local outlet to save a lot of money on shipping costs for me everyone was very nice and very professional great place to find your parts for your truck.

I had purchased interior parts and had them moved to a closer location to me for pickup. There was an issue with my order, but the manager (I regret not recalling his name) was very helpful and transparent in assisting me to remedy the problem, and we came to a solution exceeding my standards. All persons I interacted with were pleasant and knowledgeable. Will be a repeat customer.

Great customer service. They called to see when I was picking my parts. I told them on Sat not knowing they'd be closed. Jordan gave me his personal number and came to open the store for me on Sat so I can get my part. Nice people, happy faces, will use again.

No complaints. Wish they would stock a few more things but have reasonable prices for what they do have. Wish I would've stopped here before the place across from the Pilot.

I would like to Thank Eric Littrell for coming in out and meeting with our staff so everyone of us could see what Vander Haag's could offer. Each and everyone that we have dealt with in the past to the future has been great to deal with. They go above and beyond to help a customer out even if it's after hours. Eric latrell london oh location very professional! Got me the best part on fenders that he could and met every competitors price he could! Looked into making sure they would fit truck and there was no hidden suprises when it came to money I’m super happy!! Thank you Anthony denomme!
