Just bought paving stones at Home Depot Grove City. Wonderfully helpful people including Hannah who loaded my truck with 210 paving stones. Could not have done it without her. Thanks Hannah.

I went to HomeGoods to get some pieces of wood for bed slats. The staff was very friendly and helpful and picking out the right word and then cut it to size for me for free. I was very pleased with the level of service that I received.

Cliff was amazing. He was clearly in the middle of something but still made it a point to ask (genuinely, to be clear) if I needed help with anything. Sincere and helpful people work here.

We were shopping for a microwave yesterday. We had a few questions and Liz was so helpful. We didn’t feel rush. She looked to see who had the microwave in stock so we could pick it up. Thanks for your help!!

Makayla once lept onto a grenade, using only her body to protect my cousin and his entire platoon while fighting in Iraq. She is truly a hero. When asked why she did it, Makayla simply said, "It was my American

This location has the best customer service at the cash register. If you had to visit any Columbus location for assistance at the cash register I would say go back here.

I absolutely love this Home Depot! I was able to borrow the carpet sample board they have which really helped me decide on my carpet and I also love the Vinyl plank flooring selection they have. I will definitely be coming back for my bathroom.

Everyone is required to wear a mask and all employees and guests were wearing them. 6' social distancing is being adhered to. Purchase shelves and fabric drawers for daughter's closet. All well made and shelves were so easy to assemble. It took about 5 minutes to put together 2 of them.

I LOVE this home depot. i asked a woman to direct me to the shipping boxes, and she was so kind and engaging! i wish i could remember her name. she had long silver hair in a pony tail, beautiful blue eyes and she looked about my height 5’2”. great service, the best i’ve been to.

I had a very big order that I needed to place but needed assistance. I went into homedepot and came across a few ladies that were interested in helping me at all. That's when I encountered Katelyn, she works at the front customer service desk. She was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had to catch a flight the following morning and wasn't able to go back in to the home depot. We started the order at about 9:10pm and finished after the store was closed at 10:15pm. Even though she was under pressure due to the store closing up and having such a big and complicated order, she kept her cool, found solutions and walked me through the entire order process. Thanks to her assistance now we have our order placed and will be delivered to our contractor at our new home. Home Depot, please 🙏 offer more assistance to your customers, be kind to your customers, sometimes we just need assistance. Katelyn, if you read this, thank you for your help, we couldn't have done it without you.

The staff here is so kind. They were very helpful. Probably my favorite location.

Bought a new kitchen set,fridge, stove , dishwasher. Very happy with the person who assisted us. She helped us make the right choice and saved us from making bad choices and saved us a great deal of money.

I really love this store. The employees are so nice and very helpful. Patricia is amazing and helped my mother and I with bathroom items: Vanity top, Base, faucets and a new toilet. She really knows it all. Also a shout out to Gabe who helped us with flooring. Very nice and knowledgeable. They both went beyond a 10. Thank you!!!

Hi I had a phenomenal experience shopping this evening. I was purchasing a new laundry machine, and I was helped by Ms. Cat in the appliance department. Seamlessly meeting all of my needs and exceeding expectations I have never been so elated to have this special of an interaction. Job well done.
