All the therapists including Joel, Shawn, Jeff, Meredith and Lindsey were first class. Even the receptionist Pam. I felt welcomed from the first moment that I entered the room.
Their expertise in the therapy setting as well as feedback for my home setting gave me the tools to exceed what was accomplished in therapy. I am well on my way to 100% range of motion.
The therapists provide a very family oriented environment for healing. They work hard and yet always have time for laughter and listening to their patients.
I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing physical therapy.

The lady's who run the desk are very spunky, outgoing, overall incredible. Helped me fill out the paperwork for my daughter specially with being a first time mom. The nurse who helped my daughter by checking her ears was super sweet. Explained everything to me. Answered question.

My husband has been a patient at Watertown Audiology and now East Coast Audiology and PT for many years. The office staff and practitioners are consistently knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They answer all of our questions and assist us with hearing aid testing, adjustments, and supplies.
We ordered new hearing aids last week and picked them up this morning. Jordan was so very patient and kind while assuring a proper hearing aid fit and she made numerous adjustments to be certain everything was perfect! She explained all of the features of the new hearing aids and answered all of our questions. Thanks Jordan!

Jordan Ray went way above and beyond helping me to get my hearing aids fitted properly as well as making sure I knew every aspect there was to know about them. She made sure that my Bluetooth was synced perfectly with my phone so that I could get the most out of my hearing aids. I love the people here. They are so warm and friendly, I feel almost like family. I never have to wait long for an appointment or wait long in the waiting room. I highly recommend them if you have hearing issues.

great people and great service cant ask for any better and i have had days i could not get there and they send me replacement tubes no question asked great to work with and i highly recommend them to anyone and i have never seen them rude they go above and beyond for there customers im now on my 5 years with them and love it

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, location is not hard to find and what I did not know is that they have a back entrance. It is a nice local place, I recommend it of you need to get your hearing done.

Had my hearing aids reprogrammed by Josh and he did an outstanding job. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. This is a good place to do business with.
