This office has to be the most compassionate, caring, thorough, and loving vet office in CNY. Dr. Burke truly cares about our special little pup, and has been there for us during difficult times. When our poor pup was attacked, she had us come in right away and is the reason why she is doing so well now. She treats every issue seriously and with love. The care is better than anywhere else in the area and prices are most likely cheaper than anywhere else. Truly a hidden gem.

Genuine love and compassion during every visit, routine or emergent. Where I have been taking my 4-legged kids since 2007.

Not inexpensive but what is. We have cats and a dog and have been pleased with the care they have received.

We are new to this practice as we just moved to the area and I absolutely love this vet! They take such good care of my 3 dogs who are all older and have various problems and the service is phenomenal. It is always super easy to renew my dog’s prescriptions too. Love them!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They are so kind, they tolerate my millions of calls and questions and concerns with grace and patience, and they care so much about my pets. My pets return the affection, too - no one dreads going to the vet in our house. When I have an emergency, they ALWAYS make time for my pets without making me feel like I'm causing trouble for them. As an added bonus, their amazing care does NOT break the bank - they are super reasonably priced. It's a win/win all around!

We are new to the area, and have been only once for our elderly dog. Since then, we had to make the hard decision and they made the task as bearable as possible, with compassion and caring. I highly recommend then for the life of your pet. Dr Norris was wonderful to us.

This place is awesome. Dr Norris is compassionate, caring, and so wonderful to her patients and their owners. We had to put our dog down. She was so wonderful to put Dusty and to us as we grieved. She and her staff were wonderful!

Dr. Kerry Norris is the best! She takes great care of my puppy, and has made herself available to me on weekends in the case of a vaccine reaction. Highly recommend!!

They took time to care for them sometimes everyday.
It's been a long hard road for these guys and the staff here guided them through it all..im very thankful for them they were so good to the kittens and me..
I know that without thier guidance they would not have made it.

The best vet I've ever met. Everyone is compassionate and excellent at their jobs. They are knowledgeable and experienced, and you can tell the vet here honestly cares about animals. I'm so thankful I found this place and will continue to bring my animals here. Thank you for all you do!

I've been taking my cats and dogs here since around 2007 and Dr Norris and her staff are always great and provide excellent care!

Very friendly service. They explained everything. They answered all of our questions that we had. We look forward to having our new puppy get all his veterinary needs there.

They are so accommodating and polite...Kerry was honest and informative...
Even though you prepare yourself for the worst case scenario...you really aren't prepared in your heart ..
She was honest in her assessment..informed me well of what I could do .she even gave me some options as far as meds until I was ready to make the decision.but, I knew it was selfish of me to prolong things because I didn't want to let him go ..she put me as ease in that I was doing the right thing by him ...so just a few days passed and we did the knowledgeable thing by him Oct 8 th 20201 he went peacefully with the help of our vet
