I had to do a new membership card and picked up a couple of movies. The stores staff was very pleasant, polite, and friendly. Great place to look for movies and music and other things.

Wonderful store. It provides a lot of different options for those whose are interested in movies, music, anime, collectibles, stuffed animals, T-shirts, and food/drink especially from Japan. Every time I have been in the store, the employees have always been very helpful, friendly, and polite. They are also knowledgeable about the products they sell. The new store manager has certainly worked hard to take care of his store, and I've definitely noticed an improvement in how clean the store is and an overall improvement of the store.

Love FYE! Incredible finds on movies, music and collectors items! Clothing and treats are pretty awesome too! My entire family can always find something they love there and we all have different taste. And their prices are always really good! Check them out!

Great customer service. Definitely one of the go-to stores for collectibles. Prices are higher on some things (trading cards especially). They do require masks (no surprise), but I'm rarely in the store for more than 10 minutes.

Clean store, lots of licensed stuff from movies and shows that are popular and still has a decent selection of CDs which are getting hard to find!

there’s a lot of kpop albums which was my fav part. ranging from nct to twice to blackpink and even ace and monsta x and txt. stan twice
