Hoovers is absolutely my go to Stihl and zero turn sale and repair shop. Titus is extremely customer focused and does not over sell what you don’t need. I have purchased multiple zero turn movers / and stihl products from blowers / weed eaters and chain saws and Titus has been patient with me and makes sure I have the right tool for the job. Titus has a ton of inventory and accessories at the shop, and has also serviced mowers , leaf vacuums, and saws that I have bought elsewhere over the years as well. Definitely recommend Titus and Hoovers!

Searching for a new zero-turn mower, the Hustler brand was on my list. After calling many dealers and getting nowhere with availability or product information, I tried one last call to "Hoover’s Small Engine Repair," and I decided to take the 100-mile drive. Titus immediately caught me off guard with his product knowledge and sincerity. From the moment I stepped into his store, I was treated with the utmost respect. Titus is a wealth of knowledge and never once pressured me into a sale. I bit the bullet and ended up purchasing a Hustler Fastrack mower from him. As we all know, purchases like this can be hard to swallow. Without exaggeration, everything Titus said was on point. Not only am I confident I bought the best machine for the money, but I also dealt with an honest professional. From the beginning to the end, my experience with Titus was 100% worth the drive and purchase. My yard has never looked better, and my wife is extremely happy with the extra time my Hustler has saved me! More chores on my honey- do list:) I know I will be doing more business with Titus in the future!

I originally stopped to see Titus when another dealer wouldn't fix a push mower that was a newer model and brand they sold. Titus fixed that with no issues, and has since kept 2 riding mowers going to include a new engine in a Cub Cadet that has worked fine ever since. He is hard working, fair, honest, and very agreeable to do business with. He continues to keep our lawn equipment running smoothly and I can't thank him enough.

I called Titus just before his open house to ask if he could service my John Deer mower and he suggested I bring it in the following week, which I did. He did a fine job of everything I wanted and needed. Excellent service and the job was done the right way.

Our lawnmower died and we needed a quick rwplacement and reasonably priced riding mower. Titus was extremely helpful. He did a fast turn around on a mower that had just been traded in and had us back in business within 24 hours. We highly recommend Titus and his business.

Excellent customer service, I am not used to buying good equipment always going for a big box store tool. I am 100% glad I upgraded to Stihl my weed Whacker starts every time and I can actually restring it easily and YES the auto feed works. Next month a multi tool with attachments the fact Enis backs his tools/repairs and is local is a huge plus. Highly recommended.

Usually went to Benton Ridge in Penn Yan. They couldn't get me in for a month. Took my mower to Titus. Wouldn't start, Titus got me right in and had me mowing in no time. I will be going to him from now on.
