What a nice walk through the woods and fields. We enjoyed it. Only saw one person and her two dogs. Quiet and peaceful.

Feels like a bigger version of the woods I played in as a child, with the addition of a river and pond chock full of critters. Buzzing fields of native flowers really bring home how beautiful wildflowers are and how much our bees, butterflies, etc. need them to survive. And it's surprising how much they leave humans alone when not desperately searching for food. A lot of different ecosystems to explore all in one place. The Nature Center explains how it all works together. One of those places you don't realize how much you learn just exploring and observing.

Great example of early NE OH before the swamps were drained.

Quiet, easy hiking with very interesting sights to see that I don't see at many other hiking areas. No long hikes but interesting if you are a nature lover.
Walk carefully over moss covered wooden walkways.

Nice play area, benchs along the paths, close parking to all spaces. Outdoor under roof is a nice fireplace and 2 chairs. Very nice fall flowers to enjoy.

When I was a small child, my family came to this property for
"camp". I adored being here then, and coming back now, decades later, is a treat. Thank you to the Ohio Nature Conservancy for protecting and preserving the land and some of the very old structures.

Great place for birding.

Nice trails for biking or walking. Trail can be used by Snowmobiles in the winter according to signs along trail. No metal spiked tires or chains.

We went here with a local photographer for pictures and then stayed to let the kids play on the playground. Very nice area.

Lovely park! The trails are not improved so wear boots.
