Brian and his wife were amazing. I purchased a 25th anniversary ring for my wife and I was impressed with how helpful they were. The ring is beautiful! (according to my daughter)

What's more, we've come to the conclusion that buying locally is better than feeding the big chains who don't care much for their patrons. Paragon was competitive in price and we gladly gave them our business. We will definitely be using Paragon again.

I wanted to upgrade the diamond in my engagement ring and Brian did a great job finding me a stone that I loved within my budget. He set the new stone in my old setting and it looks amazing! It began with a prospective trip to see what was available at different price points. At no point did I feel pressured to spend more than my means or to buy that day. I returned a few months later and, to my surprise, found the perfect diamond and setting within 20 minutes. Work is done on premise, so it was set and sized that afternoon.
