Kelsey needs a raise. My order got sent to the other McDonald’s 3 times. And she was able to help me she gave me the food from her store because of the mishap and she was super friendly with all employees and everyone who came in. I was impressed 😆😆😆😆

A J is the first person in all my app ordering experience to make a point to correctly pronounce my name that is truly appreciated.

Food was absolutely delicious! Always is. What an absolute delight of flavors. My tummy is so happy! Yummy! Crew was exceptional today.

It's getting to be a habit while going through the drive thru of having to park and wait. The last time we came through I ended up going in and finding several orders sitting on the counter so they could bring them all at once. Our food was cold and I swore I'd never come back but here I am. My fault. I've been sitting here 5 minutes and there are still 2 cars waiting in front of me. McDonalds!! Get rid of your double drive thru, close one at least. I really feel sorry for the people that are given the task of bringing the orders and having to deal with grumpy customers!!

Courteous, prompt, food was just fine. I used the drive thru, so atmosphere doesn't really factor in.

I used a code from their app to get a free medium fry and free medium drink with the purchase of a quarter pounder with cheese. I did have to pull up and wait, but the sandwich was made fresh and the fries were right out of the fryer. I got a whole meal for only $4.79.

My visit to the McDonald's took place around 1pm on a Saturday, peak busy hours I'm sure. We waited in line about 12 minutes before we could place our order but the line was moving pretty steadily. The staff was very polite, quick, and efficient. They said what needed to be said and demonstrated good customer service. The food was fresh and delicious. The soda had a good blend.

I would recommend this McDonald's to anyone.

Great service. The Mgr actually offered us a free ice cream because the mc donald app did not work.

Went in to grab a happy meal for my son and they were swamped with short staff and the man working the counter went above and beyond for all the ungrateful customers waiting for their food. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

The cashier was SO friendly and sweet. I appreciated her attitude and smile. I had a long trip ahead of me and the unsweet ice tea and French fries tasted so good.

Service for ordering: is available at register or on order screen. Inside, it was clean, the crew were efficient and well trained. The meals we ordered were fresh, tasteful and the fries were excellent and lightly salted. The sodas were mixed properly. A place we will return to.

The food is always served fast & very fresh, most times it'll burn your tongue if you bite in too quickly. The managers are exceptionally prompt when it comes to every single customer being treated like a favorite.

I have been ordering McDonald through doordash app.every time I get my food it taste delious and is made properly. I really appriceate the time and effort that the workers do to getting my order right:)

They have switched owners. Slow going through the drive thru.....but friendliness of the employees does make up for it... Going in is faster. Clean and good investment to be in. Love the friendliness! I say, good job to the new owners.

McDonald's here in Sweden has fried pies!!!

Went through the drive thru. There was only a slight delay in the line, not more than 1 minute. We recieved everything we ordered. All hot items were hot and the ice cream was cold, not melted.

No one should complain about you guys, because you are awesome at service, friendliness, cleanliness, and also all humans make mistakes sometimes!!!!!!! I used to work at that location 27 years ago and it's the best McDonald's in Ohio then and now!!!!!!! God bless you all and never listen to those snotty naysayers who had one mistake here or there, because what you do is appreciated by the 20,000 others that live here and your job is hard enough without all that negative noise! Trust in Jesus y'all...

Cashier was super friendly & helpful. Manager was pleasant & greeted me as he was helping a second cashier get set up for the lunch rush (which appeared to be starting). Food was fast & exactly what I ordered.

Went through the south main st. McDonalds they were short staff but let me tell you one thing no matter how hectic it was they were all still polite. I know how it is working with customers who do not understand that mistakes and delays happen.

Well managed McD. Food here is always good. Employees are friendly. Store is always clean. l like the way the food is brought to the table in cardboard containers instead of just on plastic trays.
