Stopped in here today to get some advice on some natural products to promote better health. I found the owner to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a few things and left with a ton of information for myself and a couple family members. If your serious about eating healthier and being aware of what your putting in your body then check this little hidden jem out sometime. It is off the beaten path but worth the effort.

They have books, herbs, supplements, food, and a whole lot more. It's a hidden gem in the woods, really. The owner was really friendly, and was very knowledgeable on the supplements he had and knew just about everything to cure almost anything with the herbs/supplements/etc that he carries.

The only slightly negative thing I have to say about this place is to look at the dates on the food just to make sure it's okay. I haven't been here in a while, but I did accidentally buy some food from there that was a bit out of date.
