Came in to have my engagement ring cleaned and looked at as per the warranty.. as always the place was bright and cheerful even though there was a disgruntled gentleman concerned his $4k bracelet purchased for his wife was made in China, and was discussing loud enough for others to hear, the supply chain and quality of the piece.. which I will say could have made me nervous but it was handled impeccably by staff
and/or ownership.

Family owned jewelry store, I have been there several times to have gold jewelry repaired including soldering broken necklaces, damaged earring posts and hoop earring adjustments. The staff there are extra responsive and not pushy. They don’t try to just get you to buy something when you are in the store just to make a sale. They want to meet your individual needs. Every time I am in there, there are always people shopping. They have a great reputation in the community. On occasion, they have fixed some of my bent earrings at no cost. Pictured are two pairs of earrings that I had fixed.

Two months ago, my partner and I ordered an engagement ring from a chain jewelry store. Since then, it has been delayed seven times, so I finally decided to cancel. Knowing I was coming home to visit, I called Lennon’s to see if I could get a ring from a family and business I trust. Luckily, I was able to get an identical ring to what I originally ordered, but for an even better price, and it arrived in just a few days.

Excellent not pushy at all! Excellent quality. I wanted to update my rings I had after 30 years of marriage. I wanted sapphire and diamond It took me a while to find just what I wanted but she showed me everything.

Just found this place today and it is amazing. We went all over trying to find the right cross and one miraculous medal... Couldn't find the medal anywhere. These guys had at least three in stock and we bought two. Here's the amazing part... they have jewelers ON SIGHT that put the correct bales on them for us within minutes. Never going anywhere else again. We were in and out in no time even with our browsing. Fantastic place!

Went to have my wedding band and engagement ring resized and was greeted immediately and taken care of with amazing customer service and kindness! Awesome experience! Highly reccomend!

We got our engagement ring and wedding bands there over 17 years ago from Craig. I went in recently b/c I needed the ring resized. Carm was patient and honest. She could have easily said that will cost $$$ but instead she suggested to do a no cost in on the spot fix. She explained worst case and best case. I walked out with a ring that was perfectly stretched to fit at no charge. It's hard to find that kind of honesty anyplace these days let alone a business. We will continue to shop there as they are a reputable and honest local place to get some fantastic jewelry.

Edit: our wedding anniversary is quickly approaching & we decided to upgrade our band’s. The staff was amazing, patient and gave us a discount! The ring that I’d purchased needed to be resized and it was done in house in only 2 days. There was no pressure to purchase anything $$$$ I simply explained the look I was hoping for and our price range and we definitely came on under budget.

Outstanding customer service from Kim! We were looking for a special gift for our godson and she took her time showing us different pieces. With her help we found the perfect gift. Even though the store was very busy she cleaned and polished my rings!

This has long been our favorite jewelry store. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Their selection is outstanding, and quality is beyond reproach. They have also been invaluable for repairs when needed. This is an A+ store with A+ service and is always an excellent choice for jewelry needs.

Mine is not about shopping there, but the help they gave my frantic daughter. She got a ring stuck on her, finger swelled up so we couldn’t do it ourselves. They stopped what they were doing and everyone helped and advised in between while they cut it off. Wonderful staff. Made her feel so relaxed and at ease. Hope they know how grateful we are they do it.

Lennon’s was incredible! We went there to pick out our wedding bands and Carm was there to help. She was amazing, super kind and had a great eye for what would go well with my engagement ring!

My family has been Lennon's customers for years, and now that I'm getting married, it's my turn! I work in sales and understand the importance of a good review. AJ at Lennon's helped me find the perfect ring for my proposal. I went in knowing very little about the process, but he made sure to use his own engagement experience to put me at ease. He definitely made the buying process easier than I anticipated.

My boyfriend and I went in to get a ring resized due to the size of the ring they were unable to order a adjustment fitter however the owner looked and found an alternative to make the ring fit free of charge. The staff and owner were helpful and effeciant. I would recommend them and will go to them again for any of my jewelry wants and needs.

I love this place. My husband had my engagement ring custom made at Lennons back in 2005. Since then we've moved and don't go back to the area. Lennons has been great about allowing me to ship the ring back to them whenever I need to in order to have it serviced.

I sent it back a week or so ago and just got to work to find it nicely packaged in my ring box, a bag, bubble wrap, a mailing envelope and a fed-ex box. No chance of damage here! It's been cleaned, dipped, tightened and looks beautiful for the holidays.
