Pet friendly on their patio! My Beagle and I love eating here. When my wife got a dachshund they welcomed him too!

Great service from a fantastic waitress. Food was as anticipated - delicious IHOP food. Coffee mocha was super yummy. And the crepes were to die for. Will return.

Amazing food and super fresh and hot! Kind hostess and staff, and they gave my kids their drinks with lids, thank goodness they did because seconds later my son knocked his over. Great place for all ages and the food is awesome.

Haven't been to an IHoP for a long time. I really liked all the menu choices, I had many things to choose from that I like in general. I really like that pancakes take a lead in being offered as side items for many dishes, I think that is really cool, and lets me have sweet to go with savory or spicy.
The only reason I marked down for atmosphere is because another customer was somewhat loudly complaining about various things while there, and their tension in the room added to my tension. Not the fault of the restaurant, they handled it well. This reflected this particular visit only, and I only chose a 4 because this reflected on my experience. Now, if I could rate the customer, I could really give low marks, lol.
Omelets were great (chicken fajita and spinach mushroom) in flavors, size, and temperature. I paid $1.59 extra for cupcake pancakes, I regret nothing.

I’m not a big chain restaurant person but when I come to visit my college student with my in laws, we need a place with an easy parking lot. This is the cleanest IHOP I have ever visited. I have been here three times over the last two years and all three times consistently great service and great food.

Great service from the lovely Becky both times recently. She is a gem. I had a Belgian waffle and it was nice and crispy.

The food was really good! I've gone to ihop before, but they never really stuck out. But this time I got chicken and waffles and it was really good! Our waitress hollered good morning from the back of the restaurant as we walked in. And she took really good care of us. To God be the glory.

This was a surprise. I thought IHOP was just a ham , eggs , and bacon joint. We were very pleased to see the creative menu. We had the lemon blueberry crepe , eggs Benedict , and the egg white omelet with nut free pesto. All three dishes were very good. We used to avoid IHOP , but now we'll make it a destination. Thank you.

It’s been a long time since I patronized the Athens Ihop because of previous bad experiences. Long waits for seemingly no reason were the norm.

My visit today was wonderful. My waitress, Bethany was very knowledgeable and attentive and was quick to assure us that the store was under new, better management and she was optimistic about a bright future. She also introduced me to their loyalty program and helped me sign up for it on my phone. I’ll actually be using it because I intend to go back!

IHOP is just as good as I remembered from my visit to IHOP in Altoona,PA, 40 years ago 😅

Came in with 11 people and got great service and amazing food. We had Leah as our server and she was amazing. If you ever come here you should definitely request her. She kept all of our checks separate and didn’t mess up a single check. She was super fast and had great customer service.

The last couple of visits have been really good.

We.had a 2 families with 5 kids total they put us in the group section and i was thankful so kids could be kids. Waitress was so kind and quick. She had all of our food correct amd was attentive. The good was very good. Very good servings. No one left hungry. Thanks so much.

Amazing employees with awesome food an service. Kids eat free Monday-Friday 4-9pm. Have to order adult meal to have 1 kid eat free. 1 adult per 1 kid. But love their store, employees and food. Deff recommend trying IHOP in downtown Athens! 😍😁

Very good food and fast service. Just stopped in for a quick bite after movie. Want to go for breakfast one day.#### well now it has been a long time but got finally got there for breakfast, wish I had missed it. I ordered the 55+ on senior section. Asked for over easy-- they must have no more then hit the grill and the cook thought that was long enough. Hash browns on the other hand should have come off grill maybe 3_4 minutes sooner. Bacon very greasy. Friend with us asked for eggs over medium and she had raw whites in hers. They need to hire real cooks are teach if willing to learn. I'm in no hurry to go back again.

We had a great experience overall. It was Moms weekend and they were very busy. The staff worked very hard to keep everyone happy and very apologetic. Clean and the food was great.
