Needed a quick meal from Court Street before a meeting. Pad Thail was the daily special, and I chose tofu for my protein. Piping hot, a little spicy (perfect level for me, maybe about medium? It would be too much for my wife). Served quick. Just a small dining area, but it was clean and most people are picking up orders. The doors were open to the street and I had a couple moments when I had a flashback recent memory to a street side cafe in Hanoi, Vietnam, which was a great memory. Great food and service, give it a try!

The food is really good. As per the name this restaurant has fusion of food-varieties from various countries. Wraps, noodles, and pad Thai are awesome dishes. I loved the concept of fusion. The wrap here is mix of burritos and shushi, which was worth ordering. The price is also reasonable and staff is friendly.

Everything I've eaten here has been top notch. The best General Tso's Chicken I've ever had, solid Pad Thai, and my fav is the Steak Pho.

The pho broth is amazingly savory and the local steak, abundant. I highly recommend a bowl of their steaming Steak Pho on a cold Winter day, or honestly, even on a hot Summer day.

Local fresh asian food with great customer service. Delivery service up to 10miles. Well prepared and a awesome quality for the price. With $2 off specials and wonderful sushi burritos. Two thumbs up!

Fusion noodle is a great restaurant. As a small business owner that is local when I learned that they use local ingredients as well I decided to dedicate more of my business to them rather than some of the larger chains to feed my employees even if it may cost a lil more. Thanks fusion keep up the great work.

LOVE this place. Small, family-owned and the food is so good. They use produce, beef and eggs from local producers when possible, real flavors, good spice. We order from them a few times a month and love everything we've tried (udon, steak & rice, California sushi burrito, general tso, and especially love the pad Thai with veggies and tofu or shrimp).

Had some great food from Fusion Noodle Company. Had the steak burrito and that was delicious. Also had the thin noodles with chicken and shrimp and that was really good as well. Recommended. Run by a nice family and worth the visit

This was my first time ordering and I was blown away by how FRESH and tender everything was! It’s like getting hibachi delivered! The chicken was delicious I could cut it with a fork! The fried rice was the best I’ve ever had, and the lo mein was addicting! I’ll be ordering from here as often as I can!

Service and employees are absolutely wonderful for a family owned company!! Staff even helped me pay a parking meter! Food is absolutely delicious too!!

I was recently recommending this restaurant to a friend who lives in Athens and I noticed some of the negative reviews left about Fusion from the past.

I worked at Fusion Noodle between 2015-2017, and I can tell you EVERYTHING at this restaurant is made from scratch. Don’t forget to ask for their underpromoted Soy-vinegar dressing. It pairs well with nearly everything on the menu (ie Pad Thai, General Tso’s/Sesame chicken Wraps, and rice).

Also their chicken is bought fresh and hand chopped/breaded. They do this daily so the chicken is always fresh. Their produce sourced from the Athens farmers market. Their steak was locally sourced from a farm when I worked there. They make their own simple syrup for their smoothies instead of just paying $3 for a gallon of it. All food prep done in the morning and throughout the day. Homemade yum yum sauce. This is not your average Chinese restaurant. Tony and Abby have brought something special to Athens!

Prices are always reasonable considering nothing they prepare is from GFS.

If you like crab rangoons, this is the place to eat them. Spicy pepper sauce stir fry is a good combination of heat and flavor and the portion is generous.

This is my go to take out place. I usually get the pho and for good reason. They are friendly and offer good service, while having amazing food. I can't describe the pho. The beansprouts were fresh, the broth was flavorful, with hints of ginger. Every component with the pho such as the rice noodles, the herbs, and the meat make it Highly recommend ordering from here

One of my favorite restaurants in uptown!! Great comfort food in fall and winter like the pho and spicy bobcat soup. Fusion wraps are so delicious and convenient for quick lunch. Owners are so fun and kind. Love Abby and Tony and Jonathan!!

Some of the best fresh Asain food in Athens. I like that you can see them making the food fresh. Also, hands down best Crab Rangoon in Athens.

Definitely one of the top Asian restaurants in Athens, great food, locally owned, and owner operated. They have a simple menu, but almost everything this locally sourced, and I have yet to have something here that I didn't like. Try their pho, and you can get their food to eat there, to go, or delivery. They do have peak delivery hours though, so deliveries can get delayed if you're ordering at those times for sure.
