Dr. Greenberg took tender, loving care of our 96 year old mother, just like her own son would. His treatment plan was precise, he was always forthright in his conversations with her, but he knew just how to hold her hand to keep her positive about her recovery.

As a professional in the medical field I am extremely disgusted in the way the receptionist interacted with me. I requested information and was met with a nasty attitude and a tone that was not professional at all. The receptionist did not introduce herself from the beginning of the call, and hung up after I requested to speak with her manager. Receptionist did not answer my call back after calling from the same number. However, she answered after calling from a different number. Very unprofessional, and disrespectful. The receptionists are what sets the tone to the office.
