We called on a cold and snowy Saturday, during the Husker game. Roger was on a roof fixing a furnace, but he called back as soon as he could and came right away. It was warm and toasty in our house within a short time.
This business has never disappointed us!

Called and had a tech walk me through problem. We were able to quickly diagnose the problem. Set up a time that would work conviently for us and got the job done quickly.

Came out looked at job and came back a few days later and completed job

Had what I needed!!!

I don't even want to give them one star. Last time they came out was to get the hot water going he couldn't figure it out and left saying he would be back with another guy the next day. My dad came after work and fixed the problem. This time my whole downstairs is flooded. The guy comes out looking for the problem when I already told him it's from the rain I just need it pumped out. He said oh you want me to pump the water out? Yes that's what we need done he said he had to go get some other tools then said it's late 3:30. And he would be back next day. At 8 first thing well he never came or called. Why do they have to come back when their website says they are open 24 hours!!!!!

It was when Cozad had his first real cold time in the winter I called them Roger and some other kid came and said I need a new panel for my heat I said OK what’s 700 bucks then they had another guy when it came in he came and put it on and it quit like that Friday night so it was cold in my house until Wednesday when he came back so they expected me to pay for three Service calls if they can’t figure out the first time I don’t know why I need to pay for three Service calls they should’ve been able to figure it out the first time when they came what was all wrong with it not a happy Customer at all

We had them come out twice. After the first time that showed; all of a sudden things are wrong left and right. And it only seems to take them a second to figure it out. Hmmm.

They discriminate against people, if you don't live in the right neighborhood they won't help you.
