Service absolutely sucks here.

Make sure you ask for your bank card back. I had to walk in from the drive-thru to get my card back after waiting 5 min at the drive-thru window .they definitely have TikTok brain 🧠

We had a nice visit here during our travels. We stopped for lunch and the employees were all very nice and got our orders perfect. The restaurant was clean and felt very welcoming inside.
We loved the dessert here the most! My kids each had a cupcake sundae and they were a big hit. I really liked the BBQ sandwich. We are traveling from Georgia, so it was nice to see they offer the BBQ up here as an option too.

Very nice staff and the food are good and not expensive. I really like the sundaes, it is so enjoyable on the way of road trip when outside is 36 degree.

The Cozad Dairy Queen is excellent in all areas, very clean, well trained staff, food cooked appropriately, fast service. I have been there twice, once dining in and once drive through. Pup likes the pup cup too!

Always fun to visit Nebraska as we don't have a Grill'nChill in Fort Collins, Co!

10/28/2022 afternoon/early evening drive thru. Fast, fresh, friendly. Loved the food and were offered a pup cup at the window for our dog. Hope the team there is well compensated, rarely get service like that these days.

Burger was not what we asked for, but flavor was good. Anymore the chicken strips are not very uniform. 3 piece was more like 2.5 piece. Service was good.

Food was fresh. Staff are very friendly.

I came here right as they were closing. I did feel bad because I completely understand trying to close and then someone coming through the drive thru. They were the only place open because Burger King decided to close early. Anyways, they were very nice and the food was great! They were nice and I just really appreciate the employees that night. Thanks for such a great service!

The cakes in this store are decorated better than the average in my own home town, but what really got my attention were the wet naps in the to-go bag. Everything was exactly as ordered, and the staff's friendly. What more can a traveller ask for, really?

We had them decorate a cake for us for my brother in laws birthday and the designer of the cake did a wonderful job. It looked really good and everyone was very impressed

I can't thank the staff enough for helping me out when I locked everything in my car by accident. They swooped in, gave my kids ice cream while I waited for the locksmith they contacted on my behalf. I wish I could give them more stars❤⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I don't know what they have done to improve the food since the new owner but WOW! Nice job guys! Super good, you have to try the onion rings! ;)

This place was great. My friend is sick n couldn't get up. I asked the young man working the drive up if he could help me. The young man said yes with a smile on his face n helped us. Thank you to him.

Didn't know it but we showed up just before closing. Staff acted as if they just opened super friendly. Food was to our table quick and hot. Zero complaints.

The brownie blizzard is really good. The brownie pieces are really soft its alot like the cookie dough blizzard but with balls of brownie. My new favorite blizzard.

Was in the mood for a DQ Blizzard. They have a few new summer flavors. I now have a new favorite! Drumstick! Awesome!!

Great customer service and fast service. Some of the best ice cream.

They get your food and beverages out as quickly as they can. They only had 1 person up front getting orders out when i went and she did a great job

Not the greatest tonight.... messed up our order and forgot to give us a milkshake...... typically we love DQ
