Muddy Cow - Cottage Grove

First time here. Well, kinda. I used to work here when it was a Ruby Tuesday and you should have seen my face when I walked in. Oh my lanta!! This place is completely different!!! The bar was even moved! (whaaaat?)

Our waiter, Owen, was great. My dad ordered a Guinness on tap and our waiter came with 2 glasses. We didn't know that was gonna happen. Sweeeet. All day every day 2 for 1's (except Long Island and shots) til 11pm. Oh myyyyyy.

We absolutely love the music and vibe of the place. And the food was amazing. I ordered the Thai Chili Steak wrap, my fiance had the Moooshroom and Swiss, and my dad a (exceptionally large) bowl of Chicken Wild Rice soup.

We are definitely coming back.

Went with friends after work to catch up. 2 for 1s all day everyday is always enticing and the food is decent as well! We have a good time, its a good place to meet up casually with friends!

The food was yummy. I really enjoyed the comfort of bar food. It was also very filling. We weren't sure where our server went, and it was a good thing that we had everything we needed before she went MIA. The environment was little a sports bar. There are a lot of TV, and it would be a distraction if you wanted to converse deeply.

We visited on a Sunday at lunchtime and had a just about perfect restaurant visit. Extraordinarily good food, great service on the patio, everything came out in good time--really, as newcomers to the area, this was the kind of lunch that encourages us to come back repeatedly. Everything was delicious, but the absolute stand-out was the poutine.

Tried the fried pickle wraps yummy but very filling. Bacon beer burger was delicious.

I had an awesome experience today. Jess, the bartender and server, was attentive, informative, friendly, and prompt. The Mushroom Swiss burger was done perfectly, and the tomatoes, mushrooms, lettuce, and onion were fresh and plentiful. Karen selling pull tabs was friendly and attentive. Had a great time having dinner here after a day of skiing in afton. We were surprised to hear that their drinks were 2 for 1, as well as the pizza. Drinks were very (too?) strong. As we waited for our food we discovered they served free cheeseball puffs at the bar—genius. Our waitress Leah was friendly, attentive, and quick despite it being packed. Seated immediately, fun sports bars atmosphere, and food tasted amazing. I enjoyed looking over their creative menu. We tried their ghost pepper fried cheese curds with sriracha honey and will definitely be back for those! Serving sizes were huge. Great prices for quantity and quality of the food. Will be recommending to our friends visiting the area.

The food was fantastic, as well as our server. She was so kind and even brought a birthday treat and sang happy birthday. So sweet of her!
I only gave 3 stars for the atmosphere as all in our party froze! I don't think they have turned the heat on yet.
Again, I can't say enough good things about the food and service.

Have ordered delivery from here before but it was my fiancés and I’s first time eating in the restaurant. Absolutely loved it! Drinks were delicious and service was very attentive and personable! Food came out fast and was hot and delicious! Best Mac N Cheese I’ve ever had and the Poutine is ALWAYS a fan fav! Will definitely be coming back and bringing the family!

So..this place is amazing!.. We as a couple have decided that Friday nights will be wings night!! we have now narrowed it to our two favorites - the spicy ranch and the honey Sriracha wings.. the dill pickle, spicy dill pickle, yum yum and jalapeños are also amazing.. but be sure to tell them to make it extra crispy.. you won't regret it!! The pretzel and walleye sliders are also yummy! 😋 on top of that friday nights is karaoke with DJ. Juste.. so its cool to see everyone have a great time and the singing!...

Also Muddy cow always had the two drinks for the price of one...cant go wrong... they have booth, bar and high top seating...

Two for ones everyday until 11pm. The bartenders (Bobby, Michelle, Julia, Noah) are awesome people. The Morning On The Farm was awesome. I love this place. Would go back all the time if I wasn't more disciplined. 😄

Video Bingo on Friday nights. 😃 Kitchen was closed by 11:30pm but bar is open and they can still cook up frozen pizzas if you want.

Went here on a Friday and had no idea about the 2 for 1s and the video bingo, but we had a blast. They have gluten free buns and some other dishes but not much.

The 2 for 1 lemon drop martinis were delish, the boneless Buffalo wing wrap was great like usual, the chicken wild rice soup was perfect, and the potroast was wonderful. Catherine B. was a terrific server - she took great care of us. So many reasons we love this place!

It’s a great place to bring the kiddos for lunch . They love the kids menu (both for their food and the games!)

Great place to grab a burger and drink. I ordered the Mac and cheese burger and it was delicious. Our server was polite and service was fast. Their patio is great and typically quiet and out of the sun in the evenings. Nice to have other options than Applebee's or McDonald's in Cottage Grove. Support this place!

Food is excellent here with a lot of really great choices and it comes out quickly. The staff is really friendly and helpful. There is a decent kids menu, however the kids Mac & Cheese is just the cheap box of Kraft Mac & Cheese which is disappointing from a place that has a specialty Mac & Cheese section on the menu. I'd still highly recommend this place though.

My husband and I went for an early dinner. Not too busy which was nice. Food and service was great.

I had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with Fries. I loved how crispy the the fries were! The buffalo chicken was not very spicy. I would recommend this to someone who likes the taste of buffalo, but can't stand spicy foods. I was a little disappointed since I LOVE spice. However, the wrap did have a great texture and flavor despite it not being very spicy.

Naoh, Bobby, Nicholas, Nina, Levi, and the rest of the bartenders are always welcoming and make some of the best lemon drops. They are generous and exceptionally friendly. You can't go wrong with the Muddy Cow.
