Everyone at the dealership was helpful from the time I stepped in the door until the time I took delivery of my new vehicle. I had a somewhat unusual situation and they were all so understanding. A+ The new truck pulls my horse trailer like a dream!

JC is an awesome guy! I was greeted with a friendly hello right away, no standing around waiting for someone to notice me. Within about 3 minutes of sitting at JC's desk, he had the perfect vehicle picked out for me. Me, being stubborn me, had to test drive 2 other vehicles on top of the first one he showed me - but JC knows his stuff and listens to what you want in a vehicle, so he knew right away which one would be the best fit. And I got to spend a very pleasant afternoon chatting with him; he doesn't pressure you and he's the kind of guy you end up perfectly comfortable shooting the breeze with :) It took a few days of working with my bank, but I did buy "the one". And I'm so happy I did, I LOVE my new Jeep!!!

6/5 stars if I could. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I got to work with Todd and Dane, both of whom were incredibly fast, respectful, and down to earth. If they are a reflection of the rest of the staff, I am just incredibly impressed. I've never bought a car from a dealership before and thought, "I would prioritize going here again", but this experience has changed that. I will proudly be a returning customer and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you!!

So after 6 months of our jeep waiting on parts (back ordered via the plant) we finally got it back this afternoon. This situation could have been absolute hell for my wife and I. The 5 stars from this review is for our service tech Shane S. He did an incredible job communicating, flexing us a bigger loaner car, and being honest with us through the whole process. Our repairs will be staying with Buffalo Jeep as long as Shane is there. Thank you again!!

I had searched for close to 3 months before I found the perfect Jeep! I inquired online and spoke with Reece about the details of the Jeep I wanted. They worked with me for a pick up as I live 6 hours away. I was in and out within a hour when I got to the dealership and I couldn’t be anymore excited to be driving my dream car! I cannot imagine a better experience buying a car. Nate Malinowski was a spectacular sales person. He was very easy to communicate with before I even drove the 3 hours to get to the dealership. Very prompt to answer any questions I had, and took his time to send videos of any car I had interest in. He has a very fun, personable personality and is definitely in the right business. Ryan Auto Mall as a whole was a good experience. All of the staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. I never thought I could have so much fun buying a vehicle. If you're looking for your dream car, I would give this place a call... especially Nate!! From test driving, trading my old vehicle in, and driving off the lot... I have nothing but positive things to say.

We found just what we were looking for at at Ryans. I traded for a newer Grand Cherokee like the one I had, I kept all the bells and whistles I wanted again. I even got the color I was hoping for.
JC was not only helpful and knowledgeable but his personality made us feel so good ! We got a kick out of his humor. When a person makes you feel at ease and is down to earth I think It makes the transition so easy.

Great no pressure environment. I had many concerns and discussion topics, which JC, my sales rep, had very good perspectives and always had an answer.
