Abundant Kitchen

Today 3 friends and I took a stuffed noodles class! It was wonderful. The group was small and fit into the space well. Becky was very informative but also very low key and calm. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and the time she would take to explain things.

What a wonderful, and easy-to-learn cooking experience! They have multiple instructors teaching multitude of classes for all ages. Our instructor was fabulous! The class all participated in meal prep and had a lot of fun. For the cleaning break, we went into the adjoining kitchen supply store. Abundant Kitchen had cooking supplies and gadgets, spices, prepared sauces, and even specialized refrigerated section, along with fresh artesian breads. After the break, we ate and the food tasted exactly like aromas we had been smelling. You do not have to know how to cook. Two of the couples there were given gift certificates to attend and I thought what a wonderful way to give them a night on the town with lots of memories and future ability. I already made what I learned to cook, and it was delicious. The last photo was what I made at home.

Long review. Excellent kitchen store, an aromatic cooking class, a wonderful memory, and something I can do at home. Can't ask for much more! Just to name a few of the classes, the variety includes authentic Indian, Thai and Mexican, vegetables, sauces, seafood, beans, and classes for kids.
9/16/23 Half Baked - made 3 items including some of the best cheesy biscuits I've ever had and pierogi, both which can be frozen (half baked).
9/12/23 German Cuisine - fun class again. Learned a fantastic soft pretzel recipe, as well as schnitzel, braised cabbage, and a baked apple.

10/6/22 It's Greek to Me Cooking Class - Fun class and we made delicious Greek food. As always, excellent instruction and I can make this food at home confidently. The orzo salad was out of this world!

6/24/22 update: Saturdays AK makes 3 kinds of crepes with fresh, local ingredients. One sweet, one savory, and one for kids. Excellent crepes! They serve them from 9 am to 1 pm. Today, we tried strawberry/rhubarb crepes with whipped creme. Also tried the savory crepe, brown butter asparagus/mozzarella/chili. Both were excellent! Others had the kid's crepe, which was same size as the others, and was peaches and creme. Definitely trying these again.

Becki is a great teacher! We had fun learning to making tortellini! Met new people! Will definitely go to more classes at the Abundant Kitchen!

What an incredibly cool and unique activity to do with your spouse, friends, or kids. The class we took was a nice blend of hands on learning, with instruction. Great recipes and techniques. The food was incredible, as was the conversation. Very memorable. I am looking forward to attending class again.

Took a Farmers Market cooking class. It was incredible. Jessica was a fantastic instructor and made it a very enjoyable experience. They also have crepes on the first and third Saturday of the month and I can’t recommend that enough. Absolutely worth the trip from the Twin Cities.

They have good local breads, meats and cheeses. Good quality kitchen ware. Fancy honey.

A little expensive, but you get what you pay for.

A very collection of kitchen supplies, high quality foods, and other unique items. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was a crepe stand stand is occasionally opened. The crepes are made right in front of you and taste great. My picky eater really enjoyed the berry one.

This place is awesome! Tons of gift ideas and wonderful service!

Just had an amazing morning at a bridal shower for my Niece. The pasta class was amazing. Brought back so many childhood memories of making pasta with my Nannie and great Auntie. Great instructor and staff. Great store. Loved the time with my family especially my daughter.

So fun! We attended a cooking class and also did some shopping. Great store with an awesome selection. The class was good too!

I have participated in a couple of their cooking classes including pasta and sushi making. Great instructors, great food and a great overall experience. They have a large selection of cooking gadgets and local food items for sale as well. A place you must stop in and see when you are in Buffalo, MN.

I took my food adventurous 12 year old son who loves to help in the kitchen to a cooking class. They made Sushi and Tappenyaki class. He had a blast and was so proud of what he created. Becky was awesome and fun. We will be back for other classes.

I visited while downtown and met the owners, Travis and Becki. They were fantastic! I was able to browse, and they were able to answer questions and offer advice on great kitchen supplies as well as some of the amazing food products they offer! I love our new kitchen store in Buffalo, I'll be back regularly!

I attended the sushi making class and it was such a fun experience! We learned how to make many things, made, then ate them!

Great kombucha teas, Very friendly and always helping their customers out.
they have almost everything you wouldn't get at a wallmart or target, very exotic things inside, every spice you could want too.
Overall a 5/5 because they feed my craving for kombucha tea :3

Place is awesome, with friendly helpful staff. Lots of unique cookware, cutlery and a great selection of spices, jams, salsas and a bunch of cheeses. Check them out!

Great specialty store!! They have unique quality products! Love their scone mixes and Hawaiian Red Salt.
