I went in today to have brake pads and rotors replaced. The customer service was excellent and they actually replaced two filters on the house! Matt was great and explained everything in full detail. Also, the free car wash was a plus! I’ll definitely trust this location with my vehicle in the future! Blessings and prosperity to all involved!

Good prompt quality service. Our car had a bad starter and wouldn't move. They have their own wrecker and the car was diagnosed and repaired quickly the next business day. Good communication. Also they have an A+ on the Better Business Bureau report. I'd highly recommend them.

Every employee was super friendly and greeted me with a hello and a smile. Service center was quick and online appt setting was easy to use. They even give you a free car wash and a bottle of water was left in my car for me. Now that’s service! I got a good chuckle out of the paper floor mat they put in the car. My car floors were extremely dirty but they covered it anyway. Thanks for the great customer service .

Needed my synthetic oil changed, called for an appointment and fit me in on the same day. I have been getting my maintenance services there for 3 years now. I have a 2012 Ford Escape with 130,000 miles on it. I have been very happy with the work they do.

Update: I have been going to Bobby & Steve’s for 4 years for maintaining my 2012 Ford Escape. They are very thorough in maintaining the car to keep it running longer and avoid more expensive repairs. I had an oil leak and they know how to trace where it to where it came from using a dye and sent me pictures of the source which happened to be around part of the oil pan gasket. Pictures were also sent to show how parts around it would need to be removed in order to get to where the gasket failed, which showed me the labor involved for the repair which was higher cost than I expected. I really like how they run there business.

I went in for an oil change on 7/14. Mechanical issues with the lift and a slight communication issue. Austin completely owned the issue and I believe went above and beyond to make sure that my car needs were met. He was apologetic, professional, and very friendly. Comped my oil change and took care of a couple small details with my car. The last place I went to tried to upsell me things I didn’t need. I will be going back to Bobby & Steve’s WSP for future needs. I highly recommend. Staff in the store part were equally friendly and fun as well.
