Went here today just for the fax. Very nice people here. I also have dropped off some Amazon stuff to send back. Very easy and convenient.

Customer service at this place is exquisite! When I walk in they call me by my first name….not just that but they do it with a genuine smile!

They have competitive fees for their products.

The line was long as I came in to drop off a return to Amazon and another company, but the line moved quickly and I was in and out in less than a couple of minutes.

Had a wonderful experience today! Needed a one stop shop and this location was it. Needed a document printed, notarized, emailed, and sent overnight delivery. All of this was accomplished quickly and professionally. Bri and her staff are superb and I will be back.

Great service, They took care of all my needs and helped me print out a prepaid shipping label for my return. This location rocks! I was lucky not to experience any of the mask Karens in the bad reviews below. Imagine fearing for your life from Delta and Omnicron but still putting your needs to ship our personal package first. If you fear for your life or safety then LEAVE immediately and go back to your safe place. Don't accept services rendered that benefit YOU then go home and leave a negative review about something YOU could have avoided by simply leaving the store. Thanks to the management for hiring a helpful competent staff.

The best UPS store in Lincoln. Period. I have tried the other store near me and had a not-so-good experience with them— they even sent me back twice because they “can’t ship” internationally. I have always been treated well and have had wonderful experiences at this location! The employees are very welcoming and my packages have, thankfully, been arriving on-time so far. I highly recommend checking them out.

Lorenzo helped me with a print job. He was very helpful and efficient. I will have future print jobs and will take them to this store only. Other printers gave us a lot of grief. Way to go Lorenzo!

They take great care of my items to ship and make sure I get the best service. They can handle any situation, large or small, and put a lot of work into making sure each customer is happy. The nice young lady who helped me decide about how to send my packages was alone in the shop Monday morning, September 24. She handled with tact and friendliness the clients who had to wait a bit. She also, I believe, packed and shipped for me a very special, old, oddly shaped, large photograph. The package arrived at my home in NC today in great shape. I just wanted to commend her for a job well done.

I was shipping a stroller to someone which was very daunting to me because it is so large and heavy and I had no idea what to do with that. I used an app to sell it so the shipping method was unusual and both gentlemen that helped me were super patient with me and all my questions. The experience could have been very poor but the workers at this location were so helpful.

I live in NY state and asked my son-in-law in Lincoln to get a large painting to me! The challenge was that the painting was in Lincoln and measures 6’ x 4’ !

I called UPS on Cheney Rd and they said they’d pack and ship. They packed it in several layers of cardboard, styrofoam, and shrink wrap, giving the painting a TON of protection. They kept in touch with me every step of the way and made it easy on my son-in-law when he dropped it off. The painting arrived in 100% perfect shape and we are thrilled! I can’t say enough about the folks at this UPS Store! Thanks again!!

Just dropped off an item to be returned to Amazon in Lincoln, NE on the corner of 40th and Old Cheney. Go in there quite a bit and usually the employees barely notice my existence, so had to leave a review today.

The guy with the blonde, curly hair who helped us was totally awesome! He took the time to explain things and even came over to guide us on the computer! Didn't get your name, but thank you! He needs a raise!
