I immediately noticed the store was very well kept, organized and tidy. The Staff, Jennifer in particular was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. Jen measured me up, put me across the foot scanner, offered a suggestion on which insoles to choose, and provided extra details in future care of my new Red Wings which fit perfectly. What more can a man ask for?

I will be retiring my oldest set of boots after replacing the sole for the third time in four years the side broke open. needless to say I am very happy with my boots.
