Lowe's Home Improvement

Refridge man came out to look at leveling fridge. Said it needed a board. Went to Lowe's myself to find out why it could not be leveled the old way. The clerk actually tipped over the fridge so I could look at bottom. The fridge is constructed on 4 wheel and only two front anchors existed. I needed it to be leveled in the back. The clerk and I talked and measured and came up with possible plans. I was impressed.

Great place and very friendly staff I highly recommend it for in the Amherst area. Plenty of stuff to fix your house with.

Paul and his crew provide valuable solutions to the days questions. Like what stone do I need so a tour bus doesn't sink into the ground or what mulch looks best for an outdoor wedding!

This is a great store. The employees are very helpful, there's always at least one checkout with a person, online orders to the store work great, its very well stocked, free cuts on lumber.

It's low as you know what you're going to get lots of hardware lumber bathroom supplies and other things. It's a big box store not much personality a little bit more niche then home Depot

Found the right kitchen faucet quickly without any help. Easy military discount if previously verified in their system. The self check out clerk had to enter a code but still quick and easy. Just phone number and ID at the contractor's entrance check out.

Super quiet on a Monday evening.
Plenty of truck parking and new spaces marked for trucks with trailers that I had not noticed before.
Relatively flat walk way with automatic doors. Many convient nearby resturants and shopping helps combine trips.

Been working with Lowes for only a couple of months and I am very proud to say. The store and company is my family now. I am proud to work here and proud to shop here as well. The stores selections are very flexible and the pricing also is too. The employees are all super nice and always looks out for not only the employees around them but the customers. Im proud to be not only a customer but a employee here. Thanks Lowes!!🙏

I just want to thank Kaledan. He was patient on a Saturday. Customers were chaotic and everywhere and he took my in-store picked up and gathered my items for me and was courteous. Kind, polite and definitely deserves some very good feedback. Hard-working people like himself have to deal with the public and I know it can be very difficult to meet their demands. I just want to give credit where credit's due and thank him. Hopefully somebody in management reads this and gives him some good much needed recognition!!!!

Found the staff here very helpful and knowledgeable. There was always someone available when I had a question. Also appreciated the help in getting everything in our vehicles. Probably one of the best Lowes I have gone to.

They've always been stocked with what I'm looking for. Got the grill in the photo. It's 05/21/2021 so I don't know how long these grills will be there.

Good store with a wide variety of products - everything for the home. Excellent houseplants and garden center. Clean and well-organized and stocked. Good prices. Knowledgeable and friendly associates.

The staff members are so polite and helpful! One of the team members let me try on his red vest, and I got to ride one of the rolling staircases (while he pushed me through the plumbing department)!

Regrettably, they made him turn in his red vest and nametag once the police got involved and squashed all the in-store fun. He still says it was worth it, every time I see him at the unemployment office.

I love Lowe's. I wanted a new lawn tractor. I checked with a few different places. One site said they had a couple of the size I wanted. When I visited, they actually had none. I went to Lowes and they had one of the right size. Picked up a Craftsman with 23 HP and 46 inch deck. Very happy with it so far. I was going to rent a trailer to get it home. The salesman asked if I wanted it delivered for free. Yes please. Made arrangements to have it delivered two days later. Received a text the day before saying they would be there between noon and 4 on delivery day. They called to say they were 15 minutes out at 8am so I received it much earlier than anticipated.

Great prices and stock for winter management items. Got a leaking pipe and hope the hose clamp will hold it for a while. Much appreciated.

Lowe's store is so much more cleaner and professional looking compared to the home Depot stores half the time home Depot doesn't even have it in stock and Lowe's has a ton of it.

Lowe's was organized and clean. Their staff is friendly and helpful. I received an email stating my online (pick up in store) order would be delayed because of how many orders they were receiving. I called the store and asked if I could go grab my items (they were the last 2 left) and go to Customer Service to fulfill my order. They were more than happy to oblige me (Best Buy doesn't like it if you do that). So I grabbed my lamps. However I looked at them and they didn't look like the color online so I went to Customer Service and they promptly cancelled my order. No muss, no fuss!! I will definitely shop here again!

Lowe's is always necessarily compared to Home Depot in areas where the two exist in close proximity. Like most people, I shop at both, but I usually prefer Lowe's. I like the electrical department better and more often can find harder-to-find parts there. Generally, I always feel that Lowe' s is cleaner and better organized. This particular store is one of the best though the criteria for comparison is small.

Dave Sullivan in Millworks is fantastic. We purchased three storm doors on a very busy Saturday. During checkout, the computer system locked our order out of the system. Both Dave and the Assistant Manager, Mike, were patient and excellent to work with and provided us with a resolution that worked for all of us! Thank you!!

Just bought a washer and dryer from Logan! For a young guy, he was super knowledgeable and helpful! They had everything in stock and delivery is in only 2 days ! Crazy to hear that this day and age! Well done Lowe's!
