If you want your property stolen. This is the place to go!! Pretty much all the locks and hasps have been cut! He doesn't care. And he doesn't return your security deposit either.
If I could, I would NOT give him 1 star!

Have been trying to contact for over 4 weeks to express we were done with the unit and would like our security deposit back. There has been to return of phone calls or email.

This person Scott has NO security at all, I;ve been broke into twice, and he will not fix my door, I had to get someone to do it, I asked about security (cameras, brighter lights, clearing brush so people can see the units better, all I got was " It won't do any good. I asked him when the last time he checked on the place? He said I drove through 4 months ago, He will not return any calls, So if you want your stuff safe I would think twice about going there. He just does not care.
