O'Reilly Auto Parts

I received the best customer service at this O’Reilly Auto Parts store in Buffalo. All thanks to Cammey. I had the worse experience a week earlier at the Princeton location and almost gave up on O’Reilly. I called ahead and Cammey answered letting me know she could have my two cans of auto paint requested mixed in 30-minutes. When I got to the store she greeted me with a smile and already knew I was the person who ordered the paint. After I arrived I had another request for a third color and she went to look it up. When she returned in less than five minutes she had it all mixed and done. If you need any paint mixed this is the store for you.

O'Reilly's had the parts I needed when the other parts stores didn't. They just need a better rewards program😉🤙

Great staff! Always helpful and happy! Knowledgeable about different aspects of the vehicle. And if they don't know they take the time to find the correct answer.

Highly recommend this store. We got stranded in Maple Lake with a dead battery and everyone was so helpful. A special thank you to Tammy for going above and beyond to help us find someone with tools to install the battery. We were back on the road within an hour thanks to Tammy!

My fiance used to work here and he swears they are the best parts store out there. Decent prices, knowledgeable, and willing to help to figure out what you need to get your car back in the road and if you have an account with them you get some damn good discounts.

The staff at this location is absolutely amazing and always willing to answer any questions and help find the right parts. Their next day pickup/delivery service is awesome aswell. One of the ladies even let me go in back with her to try to search their inventory for a part they said they had. Awesome store. Definitely recommend.

This auto part store is amazing! Chris, A guy that works there, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Very very helpful and goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. I brought my car in there because I wasn't able to use my window washers in my car and he actually repaired it in the parking lot for me! How many people do that for you these days! That is not the only time somebody from this store has helped me or people I know like this. I highly highly recommend this auto parts store over any other. They always go above and beyond, their prices are very reasonable and the people there are knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you again Chris!!!!

When you think auto part store, think of these guys and gal. They are the best. Been going to O'Reilly auto parts for years in Buffalo. They will go the extra mile and that's what sets them apart. They installed my battery and wipers. Among many other previous things they've helped with. Thanks everyone. You deserve the recognition.

The staff here are super helpful and they keep a decent stock of parts. They also have a lot of other stores nearby that they can get most things in short order. Online orders are easy and their website is accurate. Good store.

All of the employees here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable !! especially Cody and Brandon! They all have always been awesome to work with for ideas and a breath of fresh air over the years when my cars are constantly are breaking down. HIGHLY recommend to anyone searching for such needs!!! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Also, every other auto parts place in town closes early due to staffing or some garbage. Not these folks. It's always been open as advertised!

Was able to get paint mixed and put into an aerosol can. Huge added plus at this location.

Each and every time I go to O'Reilly's in Buffalo,MN the staff goes above and beyond to be of help. Not just to me but to every customer that enters through their doors. They have come out to make sure I am getting the right product for my vehicle. They never make you feel "dumb" if you don't know. They really go above and beyond and I would recommend them to everyone. Customer service is the best in town and the prices are great also

This amazing man at the Buffalo location made my day! I was in tears as no one would assist closer to the cities as it was a "hard" install for a battery. I kid you not this wonderful person changed it in no more than 5 minutes. I even called the O'Reilly's in Plymouth and they said no. I can never fully repay this gentleman for his amazing customer service. I truly appreciate you and thank you sir for being so kind! I wish I would have remembered your name but I was in a flustered state.

Always willing to help out with any problems. My truck broke down in the parking lot one day and wouldn't start, and they let me stay after hours to get it running. Great people, great service!

Consistently friendly and helpful service. Last week I inquired about a specific paint color that I had difficulty finding in stock at the local auto parts stores. O'Reilly's also didn't have the paint in stock, but unlike the others, the O'Reilly man (wish I took his name) went above and beyond. He said he could create the paint on-site if I had the paint code. Unfortunately, the car was not there so I couldn't get access to the code. The O'Reilly man didn't stop there. He took the VIN number, made a phone call and was able to get the paint code. After a few minutes, I walked out with the paint. Thank you, O'Reilly man!!

Needed help with the paint I had O'Reilly mix up for me and called around 3 local stores for help. Talked to Shayna and she knew everything and really helped me out. Thank you Shayna!!!

Got some new spark plugs super easy to replace in my engine. And it runs great!
