We store three boats with them, and Dawn and Brian have always treated us fairly. They do good work, and they are friendly, too. Sometimes people in the North Woods, having only a few months out of the year to make their living, make a dive for your wallet, but these guys are all right. Likable, competent, reasonable prices.

We brought three boats and two jet skis to have them winterized at the end of the summer. We received and paid a single bill for the winterization of all of the watercraft. When we went to use the Bayliner, the engine was rusted and destroyed. It was obviously not winterized. We've had no issues in the past with the engine and it worked fine before we brought it to them last year. When we addressed it with them their story has changed from "we've never seen this boat" to "It was definitely winterized correctly, and it was probably broken before you brought it to us".

The boat is is basically junked now because we trusted the wrong company to winterize it and it is obvious they have no intention of making this right for us. We are having trouble even getting a hold of anyone now.

I usually don't write reviews but this is a pretty extreme failure and think it's important to help keep others from having this happen to them.
