Sam K went well beyond good customer service! When I told her on Friday evening that I had not placed the power cord for my CPAP machine in the carrying bag, she drove from the Kalamazoo area to my hotel in Holland to personally deliver one! As a clinician, she immediately understood how badly I needed it! My kudos to her!

Upon first visitation, the staff were polite and informative of their products.
I was surprised by the wide range of medical supplies (even pillows for spine alignment).
I was recommended by a Meijer employee to come here for the thumb splint I needed. Glad I did :)

Staff was incredibly helpful and informative!

Initial contact was good when I got my CPAP machine, but now am having some problems with my machine no one ever available to answer my questions or look at my ka one. Have called three times, told no one available and someone would call me back. Never happened, still having problems....noisy and not always transmitting data

Dr sent over a script for a bipap machine. They taught me how to take care of everything and hook everything up. Only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars are the roaches crawling around the store. Be aware if you’re getting products from this store. You may be buying a friend or two.

Bronson sleep lab faxed over a script for supplies and carelink would not fill it because not in network, need approval from insurance company. I also need to meet 5 simulations one being a sleep study, very disappointed as my Dr at bronson sleep lab last November apt said everything was good and didn't order me a sleep study so why would a supplier want a sleep study when the Dr didnt even order 1, now looking for in network supplier.

Does not respond to messages and inquiries. Very difficult to order supplies. Will go elsewhere when my prescription expires.

Not a company that I found easy to work with. Had to spend three months calling to get two very common transfer boards that were in stock. I initially called in August, it took them 10 phone calls which dragged this out to December to get the transfer boards available for pickup. I will also highlight my insurance company has never taken more than 30 days for a pre-auth.
Then at the time of pickup one was supposed to billed to insurance and one was out of pocket....they charge my credit card for both. That was corrected at time of pick-up. THEN a month later I get billed for both boards again! Another phone call to straighten that out.
I will say everyone I spoke with has been courteous and friendly, but the organization as a whole is seriously lacking. They don't follow up, and every time I called it was like starting the process all over again. I do not recommend working with this company, and this last encounter will certainly be the last Carleinc sees of me!

This place is a joke. Everytime you call they always say I am new. And continue to say well i am reading the notes on the computer. But don't send you to someone who is higher up. To help you that may know more. They wonder why they always have new people. When the doctor sends over a order. They will tell u it's on back order. Then loses the order. Then u have to go back to the doctor to get the same tests done to get another order. This place needs to be shut down. They don't even need 1 star. Then they sell u junk that hour insurance pays for. Then wants to come take it back after u own it.
