Quick friendly service, allowed me to try the part first to make sure it would fit!

Great parts store. All the parts for all the cars. They'll get stuff next day if not in stock. Generally friendly staff with automotive knowledge. Rewards program gets free stuff occasionally. Also, better prices than any of the other auto parts stores. No reason to go anywhere else.

Couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car, had it scanned and Jonnie (?) was able to come out and show me how to install the new part right in the parking lot! Everyone there was very helpful and explained everything for me

Always get the best quality parts and treated with respect. That means a boat load to me I'm a marine veteran respect means all.

The gentleman that helped me, Matthew, was very nice and helpful. He checked that he could replace the headlights on my car. He then showed me the options and didn’t pressure me as to what to buy. He put them in for me, which was a huge help! Great service!

Sunday, Feb 2, 2020 afternoon, I was traveling by myself on Highway 131 South heading home to South Bend, IN when I heard a noise rubbing from under my car. Earlier on Highway 131 I hit what I thought was a piece of tire rubber. The vehicle in front of me hit it, then I hit it (I was not able to avoid hiting the object). When I got to the light at Three Rivers I could here a rubbing noise. I saw the Auto Zone there and told them what had happened. The associate looked under my vehicle and saw that the under carriage cover was torn and dragging. He was able to secure the piece left with zip ties so that I could make it home to South Bend, IN safely. I was so please that both the Manager and associate could me. He did a wonderful job. The staff at this location is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are able to offer advice on repairs and if they don't have the answer they will try and help research with online unless the store is swamped with customers.

Never had a problem always quick to order if they dont have the part you need and part comes in quickly staff always in good mood and great customer service

The employees are great help. They'll put your windshield wiper blades on or even scan your cars computer for error codes if you have a light on your dash.

Lemme tell ya, these people know their stuff on cars. My dad usually knows exactly what it is by driving it around or being told what the problem is and they're the same way. 10/10 recommend over O'Riley's and Advanced auto
