Ben was our salesperson at Becker. He did a great job for us, even brought in an Interior Designer to help us with color and fabric. We ended up buying a Sofa from Ben and would recommend you reach out to him if you are in the market for furniture!

Very friendly and helpful. Dropped in to look for a single piece of furninture and was greeted promptly and politely by Deb, who listened to my needs and led to to an area where, with her assistance, I was able to find a nice selection of items. Deb checked the back room to see if there may also be something there on clearance that would work for me and there was. I was able to get the perfect item, on clearance and take it home with me. A win-win for everyone. Thank you Deb and Becker.

Debra, the furniture and design consultant, did a fantastic job listening to our needs, asking very astute questions to help us narrow down and select the best option for our room. She's a wealth of knowledge and charming to work with.

I struggled to make decisions in my furniture selection and the 2 salespeople I worked with were very helpful and patient. I made multiple trips to the store before I chose my furniture, but I never felt pushed or pressured, just informed. It was a good buying experience thanks to JJ and Debra.

My husband and I purchased a sectional, chair, ottoman and rug for our livingroom. Debra, our sales consultant and Tim, the instore designer made the process easy. They came out to our home, took measurements, looked at our current floor and wall colors and then helped us select our furniture and fabrics. Would highly recommend both of them.

I went to Becker Furniture World last minute to look for children’s furniture & a mattress. Earl introduced himself right away. He was pleasant to talk to and so helpful. We went in to look at recliners. Had no intention of buying today but Kristen brought us back to look at them and answered all of our questions and took a look at a few options. She sold us on a massaging recliner and will have it delivered on Wednesday. Plus she was able to find a working stapler🤣🤣

Went to Becker looking for a sectional. I found one that I wanted but was informed it was out of stock. After talking to a couple other employees I discovered that the sectional was actually available in the configuration that I wanted. The one that was out of the stock was the opposite configuration, which is what the floor model was. I was able to get it ordered and schedule a delivery date.

Great help with Debra and Jessica making sure our furniture we looked at would fit. They were very thorough and helpful! We will be back!

I was shopping for a new mattress, just looking. However they had a floor model of a Black Beautyreast that I had seen online, but couldn't afford.
The floor model was almost 1/2 original price, which put it in my price range. So I purchased it. Very excited to have it delivered.
Also staff was very helpful!

Kristen was quite cheerful and eager to help. She took us straight to what we were looking for. She was knowledgeable and amazingly easy to work with. Will do business with her again!
