Jason greeted me as soon as I entered the business and asked how he could help. Within 10 min we had my boots and a new pair of safety toed shoes picked out and ready to try on. The service Jason provided is amazing. I mean truly kind and knowledgeable about everything in the store. I genuinely feel like he cares and wants to make sure I'm taken care of so my feet don't kill me everyday. Once again thanks to redwing and Jason for being so awesome!

Jason was very kind and helpful to me the entire time I was there. He helped me to choose the right shoe for my situation, and I was out of the store in less than 15 minutes. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for safety shoes for work.

Dave greeted me through the door, asked appropriate questions, and narrowed my selection. He sized me, fitted me, and recommended insoles which I tried and purchased. I will return to this store for my next pair of redwings and probably sooner for some mink oil recommended by Dave. In and out maybe 10 minutes.

I wish I could recall the salesman/ managers name - he was wonderful. I had long wanted a pair of RWs, and this experience will keep me coming back! The foot imaging etc was very cool, and definitely helped the selection process. But the deal maker was how great the guy was, felt like i was buying shoes from a good neighbor.

Jason and Hector were very kind and knowledgeable! They scanned my feet to match me with an insole that works best for the shape of my foot.

Great management here & exceptional service. I bought the Irish Setter (808)s and am very pleased. If they don't have your size in-stock they can get it shortly. Its worth a visit to see all that Redwing is producing. You've got to try these on!

We were on our way to see family, and our GPS showed us arriving within 5 minutes of closing. We called the store to verify there would be enough time to pick up my ordered in boots, and he said yes. When I walked in, he had the boots all ready to put on and try out. Jason had a great attitude and was just glad to help. I know where I will come next time I need new boots in 3 years!

Just wanted to say Thank You to the team at Maple Grove. We stopped in because my wife had received a voucher from her Union Employer. She found a great pair of Wingshooter. Unfortunately they did not have my size, so we were referred to another store in Burnsville. Both stores were a pleasure to work with. They seem to care about getting you the right shoe and most importantly the right fit. We ended up buying three pairs today. Thanks everybody. Can’t wait to come back for another pair.

Dave is always the best when it comes to footwear selection. Dave makes sure "the shoe fits" prior to leaving the store, rather than getting you in and out and ending up with something you didn't want. I have been going to this one store for over twenty years now and have always left feeling like a valued customer.
The grade of 4 under product selection was my particular size shoe was not available the first time I went in. The second time, the shoe too large, so Dave ordered one half size smaller. Perfect.

The staff was fast and very knowledgeable. They even touch my nasty insoles.

After visiting this store and purchasing a pair of boots, I found them to be too big and it was causing pain in my left foot. After a conversation with the Dave, the manager, he replaced them with a smaller size without any hassle. They definitely earned a customer for life. I’ll be back to buy another pair soon! These guys are great, I fully recommend shopping here.

Unfortunately I didn't find the right boots for my liking here. But the customer service, attention to detail and fast and easy return/exchange process still deserves 5 stars. These guys will take care of you, and if they can't, they'll give you a full refund no questions asked.

My experience was amazing. From walking in got greeted right away, let them know what type of work shoe I was looking for. I got my feet measured and learned how I have a high arch feet.

I have purchased a few pairs of boots from this location. The owner is great! He is passionate about his profession. As long as I live in Minnesota and work construction, I will continue to be a loyal customer. There is no reason to go anywhere else if you want both great product and great service. I’m excited to pick up my new pair in the coming days!
