This was the best sub I've ever had. The gluten free sub bun is the best of the sub shops that offer gluten free buns.

EXCELLENT! I ordered a fairly large order online for an early pickup and everything was ready to go when I arrived. The gal, who I assume was the manager, was extremely nice and very efficient which is rare in these days. I wish I would have gotten her name because she deserves a big high five! The restaurant was spit polish clean as was the restroom and everything worked out perfectly. Great place and great job!

My husband and I just ate here and the food was delicious!! He had the Italian and I had a tuna sub. Both were packed full and so yummy!! Definitely recommend!

The individuals working here are all very friendly and helpful.
The food tastes great and every purchase has some of the profits going to support fire houses.
It's a clever idea and I think it works well.
Definitely get the meatball sub! Sooo good.
My only complaint about this location is the side street next to it that you would think would lead into the parking lot, but it doesn't. And then you end up driving out and having to go to the light to turn. Can be an inconvenience for sure.

Absolutely delicious went in for a veggie sub yesterday it was amazing ,tasty, and warm. I even saved my leftovers for the next day, didn't expect it to taste just as good as the day I got it!

Matt and his team did an amazing job with a fairly large company lunch we had catered through Firehouse today! All I had to do was call and send over our order and he made sure that everything else was taken care of! Delivered right on time! I couldn't be more thankful! Food was a huge part of our event and Matt made it so easy to achieve! Thank you so much for all your help! Y'all did a fantastic job! I got so many compliments on the food!

Ordered for pick-up for a coworker and myself. My order was ready and waiting, I was in and out in less than 1 minute. The subs we both ordered were amazing, and the mac n cheese was the best (non homemade) I've ever had at a restaurant. Will definitely be going back to this location. This was the 2nd time we tried here, and the first we actually ordered on GrubHub for delivery, and it was NOTHING compared to picking up. I recommend ordering and picking up rather than paying another service to do it for you, I think the restaurant makes more of an effort for quality and quantity on "in person" orders.

Matt was absolutely amazing to work with! We ordered firehouse for a my daughter’s birthday party he made sure it was an easy process. The professionalism shown towards us from the start to finish was impeccable. Our order was ready right when we needed it, and everything was super fresh! This Place has the Most Friggen Amazing Sandwiches Around!!! We had the Steak n Cheese Sub and it was Juicy NOT Dry but NOT Sloppy Juicy ... It Was Just Right!!! The Guy at the register is Awesome! Good People .. Good Food❤

Love ordering food for takeout here. If you use their app to order do not order too early. Your order receipt will only be printed 10 minutes before your self assigned pickup time set on the order!

Just like every other firehouse in the world. great food and friendly people. I did not like the fact there was a drive thru, places like that dont need a drive thru. Their not McDonalds their way better. Got the New York steamer which is my go to sandwich everytime. Also, this isn't this restraints fault but a different restaurant here in KC, I ask for NO SIDE PICKLE..... but I always get one....... 😑
