Recently had a damage repair completed by West Michigan Carpet & Floor. Cost quoted was maintained and the installation of the new bathroom flooring and a re-stretch of a hallway carpet was completed on time and done very well. We used this company when we first built many years ago and the service and value has remained great! Would highly recommend for any carpet/flooring needs.

We love the look of our new Cortec flooring. We live 2 hours away from our cottage and Dominic was very helpful in getting a samples so that we could make the right selection in flooring. We were also able to take advantage of special a financing program. This is our second project with West Michigan carpet & flooring. We would definitely recommend them.

Working with Caleb at West Michigan Carpet and Floor was wonderful. He made the job of replacing the carpeting throughout our condo very easy. He was always available to answer my questions and kept in great communication with me throughout the process. The job was completed on schedule and the quality of workmanship is excellent. We finally made the decision to replace our flooring and naturally went to a big box store in Muskegon thinking they would offer the best price on our project. After repeatedly visiting the store, craning our necks to view the flooring samples, taking the tiny sample chips home to try to picture what our whole house flooring would look like, having to speak to multiple people to get simple questions answered and usually having to wait days for callbacks, we were getting frustrated. We decided to stop in at West Michigan Carpet and Flooring. We met Caleb as soon as we walked in. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He listened to what our vision was, helped us find the perfect flooring, and was at our house the next day taking measurements. He was our project manager and did a great job. Our installers were very efficient, thorough, and respectful. They moved furniture, reused our existing trim and their finishing skills were amazing. Plus, they were just nice guys! We are thrilled with our new floors! WMCF exceeded our expectations and made our project seamless. And btw, their price was comparable to the box store!

This company was awesome to work with. They matched the existing tile in our great room and installed new LVP in our bedrooms. Caleb was fabulous to work with and overseen the project and installation from start to finish. He was very responsive and communicated everything thoroughly. Joe installed our LVP. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful and did a great job. Dylan installed our tile and was very detail oriented and quite an impressive young man. These individuals all had great work ethic. West Michigan Carpet & Floor transformed out upstairs! They removed/replaced carpeting and beautifully refinished our original hardwood floors. Caleb was great to work with! He helped me find the exact quartz countertop for which I was looking. Everything from picking out the countertop to installation was so easy! A great company and I would recommend them to anyone!

Caleb was great on the sales and very responsive to our questions, quick to get us a quotes, stayed on schedule, and patient with our indecision. I just wanted to take a minute to say what a great job WMC&F did on our cottage. Caleb came out for the bid right away and got back to me right away (his competition did not).

He later notified me of a price reduction when they decided to stock to flooring we picked out.

We were able to book an install date around when I was going to be at the cottage.

His installers were friendly and worked with me when there were questions about how the job. Very nice installation with good attention to detail. They finished on time. Good cleanup.

It was also easy to view our invoice and pay online.

All around good experience and we love our new floors.

A couple of years ago,I went there and had bad service, and posted a bad review. However, I have since learned that the person that I had a problem with, is no longer employed there. So, I decided to give it another go, and am happy to say that the service was EXCELLENT! I again dealt with Dominic, and I am pleased to say that I will definitely be doing business with them again!!!

I was so impressed with Enrique who installed our wood flooring. He was easy to get in contact with and did an amazing job! We were so happy with our carpet, it is so beautiful and makes a wonderful difference in how the house looks. Miguel did an excellent job.
