Dental Care Associates of Buffalo

New to this dentist and I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly staff, clean and calm environment and how super easy the additional services were that I had done. Several weeks later, my young daughter was in and, while I was fully expecting a challenging appointment with a young new dental patient, they were incredibly kid-friendly, fun, kind and caring. I was truly amazed how well she did and I know it was because of the positive and patient staff. She left skipping (literally) and the next day asked to go back to see her new friends at the dentist to have her teeth cleaned again (haha!) Very much appreciate the extra mile they go for their patients. Would recommend!

This practice is incredible. I have TMJ so the dentist isn't a great time for me. They took time to give me breaks when needed and explained everything they were doing. We ended up going late with the inturrruptions but it was a great experience with them. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and patient. They are really great about communication as well and even show you what they see.
The atmosphere when you walk in is calm and welcoming. That feeling continued though the entire visit. The people there seem genuinely kind, not just putting on a customer service face. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I’ve been going to this dentist for a LONG time and the front office staff are always so nice! They know me by name, every time they see me. The dental work I’ve received is great and while they ask of course, but aren’t pushy or make you feel bad about flossing/brushing/etc, which happens at some other places, sometimes. Overall good dental experiences, which is why I keep coming back.

Dr. Spier diagnosed my father's issue and decided that he needed the services of an oral surgeon. Her office made immediate arrangements to have him served locally. All I had to do was get him there. I appreciate their quick actions to handle the situation.

After 10+ years of dental neglect I was very nervous of going in. But my team was nothing but kind and non-judgmental. In the past I've had pain and discomfort getting tooth repair and don't even get me started on the drowning in water so I was incredibly nervous . These ladies made my experience, dare I say, pleasant and enjoyable. I almost fell asleep they put me so at ease.

My family has all had great experiences here (as good as you can get for visiting the dentist!). The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Dr Roseberg was very kind and knowledgeable, and we would definitely recommend this clinic to others!

My Dental Hygienist was friendly and got right down to work on the cleaning. It was a great experience.

This office is the best. All of the staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. My children come from dentists they feared. They have no issues going to Dental Care Associates. They don’t fight me to go. I have all of our coverage explained so there is no unexpected costs. If I could give this office 10 stars I would.

I went there because I wanted to follow Dr. Kellie Roseberg. She is simply wonderful. She’s knowledgeable, thorough, accommodating and she’s always cheerful. I just met her hygienist (also awesome) and they have an efficient and fun relationship with one another. Everyone I met at the dental office was friendly and welcoming. It’s a great dental practice!

Loved my experience with Doctor Roseberg, the first exam she did the cleaning herself and was super thorough and explained everything well. The office is clean and organized and everyone is very kind. Would highly recommend. Also love that they don’t require masking.
