Love the ease of the pick up service, from placing the order, to the friendly employees, to the accuracy of the orders.

What I was looking for was easily found. It was priced at a lower price than marked. A nice surprise.

Target always has the best products and anything i’m looking for! The staff are always amazing and super friendly. I’ve never had a hard time with any Target store.

I love the drive up. There's no membership to pay for, theirs no minimum order. Which is nice when you live alone. There's no time slot you have to pick. It is effortless and the customer service employees that bring your item to your are are always fast and very friendly. I hope this never goes away. I've shopped at Target more over the past year when drive up became an option then I did over the past 14 years I've lived in Buffalo.

Employees went above and beyond my expectations helping and improving my visit. At checkout I was given advice on how to save on my purchase.
Next I forgot something while I was at the store and came back 1/2 hour later to get it, a supervisor assisted me as I had paid for it at my first visit and he was able to remedy my problem immediately.

Love Target! I always find exactly what I need and don't need. My cashier was training on cash registers that day, and he was wonderful! Very polite, knowledgeable and made small talk -but not the weird small talk that makes an introvert uncomfortable - just easy going chitchat. Plus, with the Target card and circle, I don't feel I need to hide all my purchases from my husband!

Kudos to Sam B. at the Buffalo Target who was the only team member (and I asked several!) to be able to kindly and consistently answer my questions and help me secure a couple of home COVID test kits over a several day period of trying. He was always willing to help, friendly, went the distance to find out when he didn't know and never made me feel like I was intruding on his time. My hat is off to you, Sam! (PS. He should get a raise!)
