I called in on a home that has been on the market for over 150 to this office to arrange a showing by the sellers Realtor. The person that answered the phone wanted to represent me?!? NO, I said. Have I sold my house... I asked for her to just have the Agent call me. Going on 36 hours, I’m no longer interested ...found something else! I will go tell the owner of this house to find a new agent!!! They are doing them a disservice!!!! It is sad, I have worked with many people from Caldwell Banker Agents from Grand Haven....very receptive to your business!!! They get the job done!
